CALLI® - Weighing + Dosing + Dissolving + Documentation High Throughput High Precision Documentation and Database Functions Reliable Flexible Integratable Many applications CALLI provides target dosage of powders and liquid handling in combination with precise weighing, thereby supplying the ideal tools for sample preparation. All media, liquid or dry powders, can be distributed and diluted by weight and if necessary, dissolved with vortexing or sonication. All steps are automatically executed with maximum reliability and reproducibility. For precise weighing the most modern Sartorius Genius balance has been choosen. According to GMP and GLP regulations, every step, volume and weight is documented in a database. CALLI offers many optional functions such as mixing and shaking (even under inert gas), sonication, heating and cooling, pH-detection and automatic monitoring of dissolution. Two sizes of workbench are available, either 90 cm or 170 cm long. All modules can be individually combined to meet special requirements. CALLI is controlled and operated by our user friendly software under Windows® 2000.
