Brief technical information
The CM 06 is an electro-pneumatically driven, flexible crimping module designed for processing loose twisted terminals and for integration into fully automatic machines. It crimps conductors and terminals in the range 0.08–6.0 mm² (AWG 28–10) as standard using a 4/8-indent crimp mould in accordance with MIL 22520; other crimp shapes are available as options. Crimp depth is motorised with programme storage. Tool insertion is quick and simple, enabling fast changeovers and high process flexibility.
