INDEC vacuum testing systems automatically check the vacuum pressure in jars, bottles, or cans during ongoing production. An optical sensor measures the dome of the lid without contact, detecting insufficient vacuum pressure, crooked or missing closures. The modular design allows the devices to be flexibly expanded and, thanks to clear menu navigation and the documentation supplied, they are easy to set up and commission yourself.

The new PC software for the INDEC VD 400 conveniently controls and evaluates inline vacuum tests via an intuitive user interface. It serves as a central platform for recipe management, real-time display of measurements, and detailed statistics on scrap rates, production output, and trends. With a customizable menu bar, statistics area, and remote monitoring of multiple systems, it optimizes quality assurance and process efficiency in production.
