This globally focused independent family-owned enterprise was founded in 1964 by Fritz Müller and has become one of the top choices globally for process media control thanks to its range of innovative products and customized solutions.
As a family-owned enterprise, GEMÜ is now being led by the second generation of the family – Managing Partner Gert Müller and his cousin Stephan Müller.

The group currently employs more than 2,500 people worldwide, including over 1,400
in Germany. Production takes place at eight locations: in addition to the two production sites in Germany, GEMÜ manufactures its products in Brazil, China, France, India, Switzerland, and the USA. Global sales are coordinated from Germany via 25 subsidiaries. GEMÜ is active in more than 50 countries on all continents through a dense network of trading partners.

Under the guidance of the Managing Partner Gert Müller, GEMÜ has undergone a restructuring process in 2017. Newly organized by business unit, the company has laid important foundations for even closer proximity to our customers and further growth.
