RPH - Power in the Smallest Space

Due to our many years of experience in modernizing and overhauling presses from various manufacturers and makes, we have extensive knowledge and know the advantages and disadvantages of the various models and designs. We have been able to apply this knowledge to our new developments and have thus developed press series that will be able to withstand the constantly changing demands of the future. We develop, design and manufacture high-performance hydraulic presses.
The presses of the RPH series are fully-fledged alternatives to conventional presses and forging hammers and are suitable for the production of ring blanks, freeform and drop forgings. We supply the presses of the RPH series from 8 MN to 40 MN.

Due to the intelligent and compact design, our presses are flexible and space-saving - for capacities up to 12.5 MN, no foundation pit is necessary and for capacities up to 16 MN, we enable ready-to-operate delivery. Our presses are extremely easy to maintain and offer the perfect price/performance ratio. Equipped with state-of-the-art control technology and individual automation options, we can adapt any press to your needs and wishes.

Unique production machines
Special presses for every forming task represent the optimum solution between a standard design and individual customer requirements. In close cooperation with our customers, we are constantly breaking new ground and optimizing forming technology through genuine innovations. Each of these makes forming processes even more functional, safer and more economical.

The LPH series press was designed by PRESSTEC for higher press force ranges from 50 MN to 100 MN. The development objective was to design a press which is nevertheless durable and reliable at low acquisition costs. The press requires only a small foundation depth, which additionally reduces the incidental acquisition costs considerably. It is also noteworthy that the complete construction is not welded but bolted together with tie rods.

KPH Hydraulic Calibration Press 8MN - 35MN
Compact press - the all-rounder for cold and hot forming

With the compact presses of the KPH series, we have developed a particularly economical and flexible press with press forces from 8 MN to 35 MN for drop forging and cold forming. The presses can be used for both hot and cold work - as fully automatic or manual loading machines as required. They are characterized by high productivity and part accuracy. The four-column monoblock design is compact and space-saving, but also allows access from all four sides and thus offers all degrees of freedom for workpieces and tool handling. A foundation pit is also not required for the KPH series, so that the press is ready for operation at your factory within a few days. Equipped with the most modern and individual control technology, your production will have your all-rounder in no time at all.

The presses of the RPH-S series are complete alternatives to conventional presses and forging hammers and are suitable for the production of ring blanks, freeform or drop forgings. The presses of the RPH-S series have press forces from 10 MN to 80 MN.

VPH Hydraulic preforming press 4MN - 12MN

The new VPH preforming press is perfectly suited for complex forming processes in several stages. The press is characterized by its high rigidity and high eccentric load of the one-piece press frame, which can be assembled quickly and easily without a foundation pit. The fast pressure build-up increases the performance and the infinitely variable press speed makes production more cost-effective and efficient.

FPH Hydraulic cold extrusion press 6.3MN - 40MN

The new FPH is perfectly suited for cold extrusion.
