Compact PLCs, with integrated power supply and in- and outputs, range from the simple non-expandable 10-point CPM1A controller, to the powerful CP1H. Rack PLC Series - Up to 5,000 I/Os
Backwards-compatible with the C200H-series, it offers the widest selection of I/O and special function units. High-resolution, high-speed analog data acquisition, continuous-path motion control and user-programmable communication units make the CS1 a truly universal PLC for a wide range of demanding applications. The CS1 also offers duplex CPUs and loop control for process industry.

Real-world motion and temperature control.
Arc and linear interpolation is very handy for pick & place (linear) or glue (arc) applying applications. With the combination of FP Sigma and A4 series servo drive, you can do real 2 axis motion control. With the new accurate thermocouple input unit and our accurate unique PID and IPD algorithm, you can control temperature easier, and more accurately than ever.
Version 2 of the CPU also has an additional expansion port on the left side of the unit. It will allow you to connect up to 4 units of 64 I/O expansion units (32 DC in , 32 Tr out: All outputs are short circuit protected).

The FPSC Fiessler Programmable Safety Center is a programmable electronic safety for personal protection, i.e. for safety functions. The FPSC complies with the highest safety requirements:
- SK1 through SK 4 according to EN 954-1
- SIL 1 through SIL 3 according to EN IEC 61508
- PL a through PL e according to prEN 13849-1
The product family FPSC provides maximum flexibility within its hardware and software structure. The FPSC - AD version offers the possibility to connect decentralized I/O modules via the implemented safety bus. This guarantees a modular system design that offers flexibility therefore reducing the costly and often elaborate configuration of the safe system bus.
The safety-related functions are programmable by using pre-assembled and tested software modules. The chaining
is made by simple assignment of input , i.e. output adresses. Intermediate data are stored in the temporary storage. There are various ready-to-use software modules at your disposal. For the communication with a superior control, i.e. for the operating sequence control or technology control, a serial interface is provided. The transfer of data for visualizing as well as the transfer of machine-relevant data can de realised via this interface.
The simple snap-on mechanism for fastening the items on the DIN rail in the switch cabinet considerably reduces the installation expenditure of the items of the product family.

Pluto Safety-PLC from Jokab Safety is a new ”All-masters” safety-PLC concept, which simplifies the design of safety-systems. The Pluto concept provides highest safety level according to category 4 EN 954-1. Pluto can provide an economic solution for both a single machine and big machine systems. The key difference with the Pluto-concept is that there is no Master-Slave relationship of the control units connected to the safety-bus. Every Pluto is a Master unit and it sees the other Pluto´s inputs and outputs and can use their information to make decisions about it´s own safety. This enables simple communication and simple alterations of the safety system. With our Gateway, the information from the Pluto safety-bus can be transfered to other bus-systems creating larger networks.

Vision570™ : PLC with Color Touchscreen HMI & Snap-in I/Os
The Vision570™ is a powerful PLC with a built-in HMI Operator Panel, comprising a 5.7” color touchscreen display. On-board I/Os can be added by simply snapping a module onto the back of the PLC; Snap-in I/O Modules come in several configurations. I/O Expansion modules enable integrating up to 171 I/Os per Vision PLC.
The Vision570™ offers a rich range of embedded features such as multiple auto-tuned PID loops, and internal 120K database for datalogging and recipe programming. Communication options include TCP/IP Ethernet, GSM/SMS, MODBUS and CANopen networking plus remote access for data acquisition and program download.
