JetWeb is a complete and very well-coordinated system solution provided by Jetter for efficient realization of automation projects. In JetWeb, integrated Ethernet-TCP/IP is used throughout – even for synchronizing electric motion systems. This way, modular organization and servicing of plants have been simplified, and connectivity to the Office-EDP has been provided. Visualization and operation via Web-browser have become possible, as well as alarm messages sent by the plant as e-mail or SMS.
An important JetWeb feature is that commissioning and programming of all controllers and all automation functions is accomplished using only one tool and one programming language. JetWeb completely integrates motion technology - up to path control - into the control system.

Highspeed control system programmable with STEP7 from Siemens
With the VIPA “Speed7 Technology”, system 300S is the fastest control system in the world programmable with STEP®7 from Siemens. The maximum memory for programme and data has already been integrated into the SPEED7 CPUs. For this reason the CPUs can be operated without an additional memory card. Depending on the CPU type, the integrated work memory can be expanded to 2MByte or 8MByte with the VIPA Memory Configuration Card as required. All CPUs in the System 300S are equipped with an Ethernet Interface for PG/OP communication. A CP 343 interface for TCP/IP communication has been integrated in the ‘NET’ CPUs. Because of its high performance and scalable memory, system 300S is especially suitable for mid to high range applications.

The compact controllers are a combination of real-time-capable PLC and operator panel.
The real-time communication with the drives and I/Os is carried out via the ACC bus, based on CANopen, or real-time Ethernet. As such, the real-time bus system ensures the synchronous running of the axles and allows for an integrated communication and diagnostics up to the drive.
The multi-talents are known for the usual compact AMK design and, therefore, can be installed in very space-saving ways. The robust terminals at the front side are protected against splash water and dust according to IP65 and, therefore, perfectly suitable for use in rough production settings.
Integrating the visualization into the development environment of the PLC via the programming interface CoDeSys allows for a fast access to all PLC statuses and variables. This makes the familiarization and creation of the machine visualization the easiest thing in the world. Based on the application, the user interface can be combined individually and always be adjusted or changed in an easy and simple way.
The devices are available in different designs which differ with respect to size, resolution and control via touchscreen or keypad. Real-world motion and temperature control.
Arc and linear interpolation is very handy for pick & place (linear) or glue (arc) applying applications. With the combination of FP Sigma and A4 series servo drive, you can do real 2 axis motion control. With the new accurate thermocouple input unit and our accurate unique PID and IPD algorithm, you can control temperature easier, and more accurately than ever.

The FPSC Fiessler Programmable Safety Center is a programmable electronic safety for personal protection, i.e. for safety functions. The FPSC complies with the highest safety requirements:
- SK1 through SK 4 according to EN 954-1
- SIL 1 through SIL 3 according to EN IEC 61508
- PL a through PL e according to prEN 13849-1
The product family FPSC provides maximum flexibility within its hardware and software structure. The FPSC - AD version offers the possibility to connect decentralized I/O modules via the implemented safety bus. This guarantees a modular system design that offers flexibility therefore reducing the costly and often elaborate configuration of the safe system bus.
The safety-related functions are programmable by using pre-assembled and tested software modules. The chaining
is made by simple assignment of input , i.e. output adresses. Intermediate data are stored in the temporary storage. There are various ready-to-use software modules at your disposal. For the communication with a superior control, i.e. for the operating sequence control or technology control, a serial interface is provided. The transfer of data for visualizing as well as the transfer of machine-relevant data can de realised via this interface.
The simple snap-on mechanism for fastening the items on the DIN rail in the switch cabinet considerably reduces the installation expenditure of the items of the product family.
