Micro-PLC programmable with STEP®7 from Siemens
The VIPA system 100V is a Micro-PLC system programmable with STEP®7 from Siemens or WinPLC7 – a programming tool from VIPA. With a compact design, the 100V provides a maximum expansion of up to 160 I/O points by plugging in expansion modules. Vision130™ Connects!
PLC, HMI & onboard I/Os plus ETHERNET, SMS/GPRS, CANopen, MODBUS...
The Vision130™ is a palm-sized PLC with a built-in Operator Panel. The panel offers a graphic display screen and keypad. This small, powerful device supports up to 166 I/Os (onboard plus expansion modules). A rich range of embedded features include multiple auto-tuned PID loops, internal 120K structured database, loadcell support, and communication options such as Ethernet, GSM/SMS, MODBUS, CANbus, function blocks that enable Vision to communicate with devices using proprietary COM protocols, plus remote access and data export software utilities.
The Graphic HMI display screen can show images, text, and graphs according to real-time parameters. It can also display graphs based on historical values, to reflect trends of recorded data. Vision130™ supports up to 1024 user-designed screens, and up to 500 images per application.

The "Entry Level" MiniOCS Integrates Screen, PLC, Network and I/O "All in One" Product.
The Standard MiniOCS comes with a single Integrated I/O module which provides a fixed level of factory fitted I/O from our vast range of Smartstack cards. The Screen is a 2 line 20 character backlit LCD.
The MiniOCS SX is a custom build product in which you can select upto 2 cards to be factory fitted. Your distributor can provide you details of these options.
Instead of using Separate components (PLC, HMI , Network and I/O) to form a solution , Horner has integrated this functionality into a single product – the Operator Control Station (OCS).
The OCS provides a complete solution and is easily programmed by a SINGLE software package called CSCAPE which allows screens to be easily embedded in the Logic Programme whether it is LD, IL, ST , SFC or FBD it is incredibily easy to use.

The new Jazz™ by Unitronics is a PLC that includes on-board I/Os plus a full-function Operator Panel with numeric keypad. | Machines need control systems with the same level of sophistication, flexibility and fieldbus networking of large plants. Systems need compact devices able to incorporate functions such as PID algorithm, floating point, sequencing functions of a PLC and the flexibility of a PC. This is now possible without facing excessive costs and without using cumbersome equipment. This device has been termed a PAC. The Ascon's “Sigma microPAC”, is a small but powerful PAC sized to cover the applications for industries such as food and beverage, plastic and rubber, chemicals and pharmaceutics and for machines such as boilers, furnaces, kilns, chillers, autoclaves, plastic extruders, cold rooms. With the basic unit of the Sigma microPAC it is possible to control a process with: eight analogic variables from any type of transducer or sensor directly connected as inputs; four analogic outputs to command control valves or power controllers; eight digital inputs and eight digital outputs to manage interlocks, sequences and commands to pumps, shut-off valves. Expansion units for 32 DI + 32 DO fit applications requiring more sequencing of discrete signals. The 5 programming languages comply with IEC 61131-3 and are aided by the Ascon’s libraries with a large selection of function blocks. Processor is 32 bit, Flash Memory is 4Mbyte (2Mbyte for programming), RAM is 16Mb, 128 Kb retentive. Connectivity is by one RS 232/485 with Master/Slave Modbus RTU or ASCII, one RS 485 with Master/Slave Modbus RTU and one Ethernet port with Modbus TCP/IP. The core of this PLC 7001 Chip is based on the PLC 7000 which has already been in use for two years. With its simplified memory interface the PLC 7001 can be easily integrated as embedded PLC into div. customer applications.
The peripheral interface offers the possibility to realize up to 56 in- and outputs, pulse duration modulation functions as well as stepper motor controls from integrated modules. For the application of decentral peripherals, the chip offers a serial I/O bus which allows operation of up to 32 digital and analog I/O modules.
In connection with an Arm9 processor there is also the possibility to operate Ethernet-based communication like TCP/IP, EtherCAT, Powerlink and Profinet.
At an operating voltage of 1.8V the power loss amounts to only 1.2W. For this reason the design is optimally suitable for the application in higher temp. ranges.
Single-Chip CPU
For users wishing to integrate a high-performance hard PLC into their application, there is a prefabricated PLC module which lead through all digital/analog and other communication interfaces to a SO-200 PinConnector. These modules can be easily integrated into various applications like board controllers, HMIs etc.

The programmable logic valve control type PLVC is intended for the control
of complex hydraulic circuits. Movements with various pressure, speed, and acceleration profiles, within predefined ranges, can be controlled and saved. It can be descirbed as a user programmable PLC with built-in amplifiers for proportional valves.

Description
Wöhrle has launched a new compact PLC to the marked named PLC 102. This is a numerous renewal of an already multiple proved operation and controlling unit for simple up to middle tasks of automation and monitoring of machines and equipment.
This PLC belongs to a generation of controlling systems which can related more to the classic data processing units,
for example input of processing data, HMI and communication. This unit is furnished with integratedgraphic-able LC-Display and film keyboard and has two modern separate processing units in 32-bit format for PLC and HMI (human machine interface). Both the processing units are connected with a fast and simple interface. Due to this fact the processing unit is able to access to all kinds of data of the PLC including the processing picture-copy. The controlling part of the PLC 102 is to be programmed with Siemens STEP 5, the programming of the graphic part is to be done by means of one of the well-known high-level programming languages at the PC.
