NPE32 4p, 3Ph/1Ph, Brushless, A.V.R. (8÷33kVA / 50Hz - 60Hz)
The new series of alternator called NPE is the result of our long experience in the power generation businness, and of diligent studies and researchers aiming to keep pace with the technological developement of an era where technology is the winning card.
The new NPE32 series has been designed to satisfy all those applications asking for an extremely compact alternator, that can be fitted in a volume much smaller than a conventional one. This will result in a smaller gen-set.

Three-phase - Brush - Compound regulation (5,5÷24kVA / 50 Hz-60 Hz)
The generators of this series are three-phase, with brushes and they are characterised by a compound-type regulation on the 3 phases; besides a high pickup capacity (motors startup: 1 HP X KVA) they also provide good performances under a single phase connection. With the delta connection it is possible to obtain 70 % of the three phase rated load and 45 % star connection with neutral.
They are manufactured according to the standards CEI 2-3, EN 60034-1, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, NF C 51-111, CAN/CSA - C 22.2 N°100-95. They are available with 2 poles in the series TR1 and TR2, and by 2 or 4 poles in the series BTO3; they can operate either at 50 or 60 Hz. These series have the stator or the rotor inclined in order to improve the wave form. The 2 pole rotors have a damping cage and all the windings of the stator have a shortened pitch to reduce the harmonic content.

Ecologizer ECO1
In case of power drop, the ecologizer is a device which, by controlling an actuator, operates on the engine governor reducing its speed and allowing a reduction in fuel consumption, acoustic and atmospheric pollution.
ASR
The ASR allows a fine regulation of the brush machine voltage output, and assure a prompt motor starting capability to the generator. It has got an under frequency protection that can avoid troubles to the electrical machine during start transients of the engines or during an engine fault when the generator is under load.

Singlephase - Brushless - Capacitor regulation (1÷14.4kVA / 50Hz - 60Hz)
The "portable" generators are single phase machines, without brushes, with a high operating reliability, as a result of accurate design and years of research and experience in the construction of electric machines.
No maintenance is required because there are neither collectors nor sliding contacts. Special care has been taken about the design and performance in order to improve their connection to the engine, according to any constructive shape forecast.
The portable generators are manufactured according to the following standards: CEI 2-3, EN 60034-1, IEC 34-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000, NF C 51-111, CAN/CSA - C 22.2 N°100-95; furthermore, they agree with the following European Community standards: 73/23, 89/392, 89/336.

A patented electronic device designed to improve precision on output voltage on capacitor controlled alternators. Thanks to this device the "portable" range reachs fine performances as far as voltage stability is concerned, regardless engine speed variation, load and temperature conditions.

Multipolar 400 Hz

All the 400Hz alternators have a fixed inductor with skewed slots and a rotating inductor. The windings have a 2/3 pitch in order to reduce the harmonic content of voltage. The entire series is manufactured according to and complies with the most common specifications such as CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1, EN 60034-1, VDE 0530, BS 4999-5000.

Three-phase - Brushless - Electronic regulation (6,5÷3000kVA / 50Hz-60Hz)
The new series of alternators called ECO is the result of our long experience in this sector and of diligent studies and researches aiming to keep pace with the technological development of an era where technology is the winning card.
Apart from guaranteeing the characteristics of the preceding series, such as assuring a permanent short circuit current above or equal to 3 times the nominal current, the ECO series has also been improved. As far as its mechanical components are concerned, the end-brackets have a new shape to improve ventilation, the coupling to the prime mover is simpler and the terminal boxes are bigger to simplify the connection of the electric cables. As for the electric components, the electronic regulators are always updated to improve their performance and reliability, with the possibility to interchange them with the previous ones.
All the ECO alternators have a fixed inductor with skewed slots and a rotating inductor fitted with a damper cage. The windings have a 2/3 pitch in order to reduce the harmonic content of voltage.

Integrated flywheel starter generators and integrated flywheel generators are designed in different versions to meet various applications where a high consumption of electric energy is needed. They are mainly used in engines for boats, vehicles with special electric energy needs and stationary and portable power sets. Following the functions that the system can perform there are different solutions of integrated flywheel starter generator or integrated flywheel generator.
AC integrated flywheel generators
The system operates as 230 V 50 Hz or 110 V 60 Hz generator only. The constant AC output voltage and frequency independent of the engine speed is assured with an electronic converter-regulator.

Different types of integrated flywheel starter generators and integrated flywheel generators, which are intended for integration in internal combustion engines and for the use in the electric systems, where high consumption of electric energy occurs.
These starter generators and generators are designed to be built in the flywheel housing on the engine between the engine and the gearbox and replace classic alternator and starter motor on the engine.
DC integrated flywheel generators
The system operates as DC generator only. The constant output DC voltage is obtained by electronic voltage regulator. If an AC output is needed it can be performed by an additional adequate electronic inverter.

The system consists of a permanent magnet generator and a single phase inverter to be applied to a generating set (with a gasoline engine)
As the application is in the domestic field, the stability and the quality of the generated voltage must grant the correct working and safety of electronic devices, computers, household appliances, etc.
Our aim is to realize a control system that grants a consistent inverter’s output voltage in presence of load variations. By, also, optimizing the engine performances adapting the speed in function of the output load. The fuel consumption and noise are dramatically reduced.
The generator has been realized with one three phase permanent magnet (NeFeBo) machine in order to obtain an high power density and reduced volumes; the stator’s winding is inside while the rotor runs outside.

The AvK generators of series type DIG are the result of an advanced development process in which efficient manufacturing methods as well as many years experience in the applications of such synchronous generators were utilised.

We design induction and asynchronous generators for decentralised power generation. Our generators are characterised by high efficiency and reliability. Our induction generators are used in gas engines as well as gas and steam turbines.
Their power range is between 400 kVA and 25 MVA at a nominal voltage between 2.3 kV and 13.8 kV (20 kV). We also build low-voltage and high-voltage asynchronous generators for hydroelectric turbines (ten-pole to twenty-pole, 200 kVA-5,000 kVA).
