Of small overall dimensions, they are installed very simply on the whole of the desks, by not requiring any place on the interior part.
They deliver 100 or 25 imp /tour, in the form of square signals TTL, 2 ways with their complementary.
Compatible with more the famous brands, they s’ will thus integrate very easily on your CN.

The HW-100 handwheel is a handheld manual pulse generator with an emergency switch for manual jog operation of the machine or machine tool. It controls five axes, with incremental movements of 1, 10, 100 or 1000 encoder counts per click. It requires a VersioBus adapter board to connect directly and simply to the host PC.
The HW-100 handwheel is an optional but useful component: every general motion control and CNC application provided by Soft Servo Systems includes a Handwheel Mode (a control mode where you use the handwheel to operate one axis of the machine tool at a time).
Of course, our products being as versatile as they are, any handwheel will work in a system that includes a VersioBus adapter board. But we've found the HW-100 to be comfortable and easy to use.

The KALLER Flange Stripper is used in flanging dies for lifting up the part after the flanging operation.
The KALLER Blank lifter or Stock lifter is used in progressive dies to lift the coil between each forming step.
The KALLER Flange stripper unit is available for top mount and wall/bottom mount and with a stroke length of 50 and 80 mm.
The lifting force in the flange stripper is delivered by a gas spring with an initial force of 200 daN. The gas spring is inverted and fitted into the flange stripper unit.
During try-out and maintenance the slide and/or the gas spring can easily be removed by unscrewing the guide bolt. Once the guide bolt is unscrewed the slide can be lifted up and the gas spring can be remowed. It is now possible to put the slide back and the slide can be moved up and down by hand for try-out.
The KALLER Stocklifter, SLM 300, eliminates the need for additional guide bushings or antirotation features in progressive dies. It simplifies tool design and saves cost and space. It has an easily adjustable force range from 450 to 3100 N. The rigid design makes it even more feasible than applying standard gas springs in this application.

Kaller Stock Lifters are mainly for use in progression dies.
These units have an extremely robust design that can withstand high side loading.
They therefore allow stock / guide rails to be attached directly to the piston rod.
They can also be mounted upside down in progression dies and used to attached stripper plates without the need for additional guide elements.
