Montech Minidrive Conveyors KTB are used to carry parts to or from the various manufacturing stations, or combined to form complete production lines. Thanks to the compact design and integrated control, the minidrive conveyor is the ideal solution for many applications. The belt is driven by a regulated, brushless 24 V DC motor with variable speed and selectable direction. The switchable electric motor brake is durable and considerably reduces run-out of the belt when stopping. This provides many new approaches in the solution of conveying tasks.
The following chassis widths are available: 45, 60, 80, 105 and 140 mm.
Either a single belt or a dual belt can be used.
In spite of a compact drive unit, up to 20 kg can be transported.

The Conveyor-Configurator is operated intuitively and logically. All necessary information for solving your transport problems is requested sequentially. Starting from your specific requirements and wishes for transporting a product, a conveyor will be proposed according to the “best price principle”. Cleat Belt Incline Conveyor
Flat cleated slider belt conveyor for transfer of larger size bulk products in incline applications. Typical applications include small parts changing elevations in manufacturing process. (shown w/optional stand)

Cleated conveyors are commonly used to control product on a horizontal or inclined conveyor. The key attributes for cleated conveyors are the accuracy of the cleat spacing and durability of the cleat in the application. Dorner uses proprietary in-house processes to attach cleats to the belting material. The customer is ensured accurate spacing and durability of the cleat to belt interface.
Cleats come in a variety of sizes, shapes and can even be applied on an angle for improved product control. Conveyor cleats can be added to any Dorner conveyor platform and can be either belt or plastic chain style.

Tenova TAKRAF has been building conveyor bridges since 1924.The mobile conveyor bridges in the German Lignite mines transport the material from the excavators directly crossing the open pit onto the dump site. Special operational conditions there allow capacities up to 29.000 m³/h from three Bucket Chain Excavators, a span length (distance between the supports) of 270 m and a dumping height of 74 m. The 13400 t Conveyor Bridge travels on rails. One support stands on the excavation site, the other one on the dumping side. The extraction of the lignite takes place between the supports.
Another application of Tenova TAKRAF conveyor bridges are Dumping the Heap Leach Systems. These conveyor bridges are also fully mobile and transfer the material from reclaimers, overland conveyors or connecting conveyors to the downstream conveyors, Mobile Transfer Conveyors or Stackers (Spreaders) as seen in Gaby/Chile or Toquepala/Peru.

Corner belt conveyors allow the solving of logistic problems through the deviation of the conveying system from a few degrees to a 180 ° turn.
Their main features are a constant flow of the material being transported and remarkable space saving. The standard angles are 45°, 90° and 180°, but it is also possible to supply any other angle with no limitation in the shape of rollers (tapered end rollers or knife edges) for the continous transfer of items throughout the system avoiding instability problems and the use of connection plates or rollers.
The belt conveying surface can be PUR, PVC or rubber according to the application it is meant for: chemical, foodstuffs, graphics and cartons, wood and brick industry; mail automation, material handling, airports etc.

With its closed design, a tube belt conveyor allows optimum adaptation of the conveying route to topographic conditions. Since the conveyed material is completely enclosed, it can be transported dustfree, and even extremely steep gradients are safely coped with. This technology is based on proven machine components and a special belt design which ensures a safe operation.

Montech Max Conveyors GTB are used to carry parts to or from the various manufacturing stations, or combined to form complete transport systems. The modular construction of the system permits simple adaptation to specific customer requirements. The conveyor is driven by a 230/400 V spur gear motor with big power reserves. This permits transportation of up to 125 kg in conveying mode. The following chassis widths are available: 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800 mm.
The end drive version can be fitted above or below the belt depending on available space. The top drive version can transport products up to 80 mm high. The possible belt length is between 1 and 6 m. The center drive version is suitable for conveyors up to 15 m. The drive unit can be placed at any location.
