Do you need specially small transfer diameters or do you want to integrate conveyors into existing processes ? The GEPPERT range of stainless steel conveyors offers it all. Flat belt conveyors are available in belt widths between 50 mm and 1,000 mm and with lengths between 500 mm and 12,000 mm for loads of up to 100 kg. Kinked and Z-shaped conveyors with adjustable inclination between 40 and 60° can be made in useable widths between 130 mm and 530 mm and in a total length of up to 4,000 mm for loads of up to 30 kg.

Stainless Steel Belt Food Conveyor

Bears brilliant durability, corrosion resistance, and chemical resistance, due to its all-stainless steel body.
It is optimal for conveying items that require heating, drying, and cooling to extents impossible for resin or rubber belts!
Unlike rubber or resin belts, stainless steel prevents the infestation and reproduction of bacteria, making it optimal for loading food directly onto the belt!
- Despite being a stainless steel belt, its drive / tail roller diameter is a minimal size of 80mm, enabling smooth food transfers and compact layout.
- Stainless steel belts do not wither or deteriorate when cleaned or sterilized by hot water or alkaline chemicals.
- Since food colorings and smells can be washed away from stainless steel belts, products can be conveyed without concern.
- Belt edges do not fray and coatings do not peel. Our belt eliminates any fear of foreign particle insertion.

W-type
The W-Type suits all applications where the booms of the conveyor are required to adjust in height at both ends.
The WTC has a telescopic main boom whilst the W20 and W26 have fixed length booms.

| The Timing Belt Conveyor System ZRF-P 2040.02 is designed especially for product indexing applications where a cleated, or fixtured belt is required, or for wider timing belt applications. Timing belts are available with a variety of backing materials, or with welded fixtures. Many cleats are available. Plain cleats, as shown at left, are used for product separation. Others are available with threaded inserts for customer installed fixtures. This conveyor is ideal for special conveying requiring positioning or loading of products. Depending on the product and the application, custom fixtures and other belt widths are available. |
