The angled belt conveyor GAL-25-K-W has a frame with only 25 mm height. It can therefore be used even in very confined spaces.
The very rigid TorsioDur frame gives a high resistance against torsion which results in high reliability in spite of very small dimensions.
Equipped with a corrugated edge belt it can handle even the smallest parts without any danger of jamming or damaging them.
The angle of inclination can be infinitely adjusted between 40 and 60° from the ground.
The frame has grooves for sliding blocks with M-6 threads on both sides, where additional accessories can be fixed . An overview of accessories available in our standard programme can be found on page 45 and onwards.
The length of the horizontal and the rising section of the conveyor can be adapted to the specific needs of each application. The total length however should not exceed 3 metres.
Hoppers and side rails can be added to the GAL-25-K-W when needed. They will ensure a safe transport of the goods.
In standard configuration the horizontal section has small casters, so the conveyor can easily be moved. A double support is fixed to the rising section, as shown in the picture above. An H-shaped support on wheels with security brakes, as shown on page 11, can also be used.

Conveyor belts manufactured by Belt Technologies, Inc. are engineered using stainless steel and welded endless using a high energy beam technique. Welded area is extremely strong and is weld finished to give a smooth surface. Other metals can be used for increased strength, heat resistance and flatness. Belts are manufactured in widths from .080" to a current maximum of 36" and can be coated with Teflon®, polyurethane and rubber. Belt thicknesses range from .001" to .031" and are designed to meet the customer%u2019s application requirements. Automotion manufactures two types of belt conveyor: roller bed and slider bed. The slider bed is a typical full-pan construction while the roller bed uses a a hidden roller configuration to prevent product from getting caught between rollers.
Belt conveyor is available in a wide variety of pre-configured figures including: entry, intermediate, and exit conveyor beds, drive and belt take- up beds, and power feeder and nose over beds.
