SAT’s molding division produces high quality UHP components utilizing specially designed molding machines in clean room. We use only certified raw materials and electrically control production quality.
All molding machine components are manufactured to ensure high purity during production. SAT’s UHP components undergo a contamination control process that foresees immediate packaging in heat-sealed double polyethylene bags. The UHP components are then stocked in clean room.

Our competence in cleanroom technology is best proved by our ILKAclean wall system. These self-supporting monobloc systems consist of an insulating core and fixed surface-coated metal top layers on both sides.
The accuracy to size and measurements expected by our partners is guaranteed through continuous and meticulous precision in manufacturing as well as through big modular dimensions to reduce joints. To make sure that the smooth surfaces are sealed and meet cleanroom requirements, joint finishings of only 3–4mm are permitted.
The tried and tested tongue-and-groove joints guarantee a swift and clean assembly also with the cleanroom systems. Special corner- , U- and cross-profiles allow a variety of uses and open up unique options for the shaping of rooms/interior design.
We pay special attention to the internal structure of our cleanroom systems. Separate installation channels as well as foamed-in sockets and empty pipes facilitate a clean layout of all media cables and supply lines. We use either polyurethane or mineral wool as insulation materials.

INSULATION PADS - for hot surfaces.
Thermal Insulation Pads are ideal for gas turbines, valves, filters, meters and other accessories in a process line. They insulate the hot surface, ensuring energy conservation, protection of operators and providing comfortable work environment. These are typically used as a backing over the heating jacket or heating panel, to ensure better heat efficiencies and minimal energy loss is minimal.
The flexible construction of 'Thermo Insulation Pads' enables tailoring to any complex shapes and providing a perfect, snug fit on complex shaped surfaces.
Construction
Insulation pads consist of 2" thick (or as required) lagging of fibre glass wool insulation, embedded in two layers of fibre glass cloth. Outer layer of fibre glass cloth can be flame retardant aluminized or PVC coated or Teflon coated as required.. The final pad is shaped based on the required surface to be insulated to encapsulate the surface or equipment in it. Required cutouts for obstructions and velcrow or eyelets and strapping lays are provided to make it snug fit on the surface or equipment.
Range
Insulation pads are designed for a maximum surface temperature of 300ºC.
Every Insulation pad is custom designed based on customer requirement.

Welding and grinding operations are one of the most important noise sources in industrial working environments. Prolonged exposure to high noise concentrations can damage ear drums and cause noise-related deafness. Besides personal suffering, this often means long term absences through illness or high costs as a result of permanent disability. In less serious cases, too much noise is often the cause of loss of concentration and consequently loss of quality and lower production volumes.
Too much noise also seriously disturbs communication on the shop floor which leads to mistakes. Studies have shown that noise pollution in training rooms leads to gaps in knowledge and even to educational errors.
The government has established maximum permissible noise level standards. The maximum noise level to which employees are exposed on the shop floor should be limited to the legal maximum noise level.

FlexiGuard Plastic & Sheet metal
Axelent’s plastic and sheet metal system also belongs to the FlexiGuard group. The system can be combined with MasterGuard, FlexiGuard and FlexiStore. The plastic and sheet metal system is easy to assemble and you can use the same posts and door packages as for our other mesh wall products. The versatility of our systems means that you can combine plastic, sheet metal and mesh according to your particular requirements. To avoid gaps between the different sections, we recommend that you use our specially adapted sheet metal strip.
The plastic and sheet metal system is available in two heights: 1100 and 2200 mm, as well as in four standard widths. The system is heat-resistant up to 60 degrees centigrade. If you would like coloured plastic to protect against, e.g. weld flash, we can of course supply this. Our coloured plastic complies with fire standard UL94 V0 and also EN 1598. Similarly to our other products, the plastic and sheet metal sections are delivered carefully wrapped on special pallets directly from our stores in Hillerstorp, Sweden.
