CIMAT Ltd. offers the universal balancers manufactured in series. Our balancers are richly equipped already in their basic version, either with the ancillary equipment or the software. They are designed in such a way that it is possible to purchase the remaining equipment such as additional drives and lengthening pieces for the beds in the future.
The balancers may be divided into two basic types:
- horizontal ones, on which the rotor is placed in a horizontal position,
- vertical ones, in which a vertical spindle with a holder is mounted.
All the balancers are equipped with the most modern measuring module ROTORTEST 505 based on special version of Windows XP operating system. They have self-learning calibration in standard as well. Their measurements of unbalance are precise and user-friendly.

The wind of change for balancing - universal balancing machine for rotors up to 50 kg
The Pasio 50 enables accurate balancing of a wide range of rotors. Cylindrical rotors with their own shaft journals as well as disc type rotors with intermediate shafts can be balanced simply and accurately. The rotor can weigh up to 50 kg, with a diameter up to 600 mm and a length up to 1100 mm.

The V-1 balancer is ideal for mass production. Standard vertical machines incorporate a precision spindle on which components like flywheels, clutch assemblies, textile spindles, nylon pots, turbine wheels etc. can be mounted and balanced. Simple loading arrangements and correction of unbalance on the machine by drilling etc. result in low production times.
