Orbital forming offers many advantages over other methods of forming, riveting and fastening, yet there are occasional applications where orbital forming may not be the optimal solution. It is for these delicate or lighter duty applications Orbitform has engineered a spiral form cartridge into its standard product line.
Spiralform (SF) is for customers with unique or very light duty applications. It is also available as a “standard option” for new machines and systems and designed to retrofit existing Orbitform machines. Additionally, the SF has been designed to accommodate an integral load cell into its spindle package. This allows the SF to provide the same Watchdawg capabilities as the rest of the Orbitform product line.

The AGME radial riveting system is based on planetary movement. The excellent results obtained from this riveting method are far superior to the outdated hammering and orbital systems.
The AGME Riveting System offers perfectly riveted components and allows the material to flow naturally in three directions:
- Radially outwards
- Radially inwards
- Tangentially
This fast and efficient riveting machines will solve any riveting problem.

The hydropneumatic tool, RIV 912, is used to place Rivsert threaded female insert, from M3 to M12, and Rivbolt threaded male insert, from M4 to M8.
Rivit has designed this new model, to meet the requirement of the market, which was asking for a tool with a one-position trigger mechanism. In the new RIV 912 one pull is enough to start the automatic stroke. This innovative technical device makes your work quicker and easier, and surely less tiring.
Handle casing has been replaced with a plastic one, while both piston and cylinder are made of aluminium, giving as result a more lighten and handy tool.
Finally, in order to avoid the use of a special rod, a system has been projected to lodge an allen screw (hardness class 12.9), easy to find on the market and to replace.
