Yard or workshop manual equipments, suitable for extrusion welding of plastic materials; they can operate with 3mm, 4mm, 5mm rods of PE and PP. STARGUN machines are used for the fabrication of containing tanks, fume treatment towers, scrubbers, chemical hoods, aspiration systems, and for joining linings and geo-textiles. The SB series has been designed in compliance with the current safety norms and regulations, and it is composed of:
a mini extruder, operated by an electrical engine. A plastic rod shall be fed through the extruder feeding mouth, to bring material to the plasticization chamber;
a Teflon shoe, directly fixed on the extruder, from which the welding rod would be coming out. The shoe can feature different configurations, by simply rotating the lateral handle around the extruder body;
a self blowing system located inside the control box makes the machine independent from any external air - compressor, making it even more compact and handy;
a double control thermoregulator, guarantees a precision of ± 2° C from the set temperature. The machine is provided with a digital display, where is visualized both the extrusion and the pre-heating temperature;
a safety system blocks the engine till the minimum set temperature has been reached (cold-start system). If the temperature varies more than 10°C

General description : Impulse sealing machine for the contemporary sealing and coding of PE-AL/PE tubes
The impulse sealing machine TB 3 is a complete and innovative solution for the contemporary sealing and coding of plastic tubes.
Semi-automatic, operated by electromagnets, user friendly and compact table-top machine.
It can seal tubes of different lenghts, form 100 mm to 230 mm. It is supplied with an innovative temperature control system, which steady monitors, cycle after cycle, the real wire temperature, measuring the changes of the resistivity according to the modification of the temperature.
Complete with a punches code system. During the sealing phase the machine engraves on the seal an alphanumeric code of max 10 characters each tube.

Foot Pedal Plastic Welding System
The basic machine in the large family of welders. The equipment is robustly constructed with a very positive steel head mounting slide formed with a double "V" mechanism designed for accuracy and long life. For seaming type work, a small tool mount is recommended, giving good visibility and access of the work area. Alternatively for other applications an appropriate large mount can be supplied, giving rigid support over a wide tool area. Facilities are also available to increase the throat space, where excess materials have to be positioned behind the tooling. Our offer for foot pedal welders ranges from 0.5kW to 4.0kW.

15kW rotary table welder with 4 work stations incorporates all necessary features to achieve fast, accurate and reliable RF welding over a broad range of products.

The unique mechanical design of the "C" frame press produces very high pressures for minimal air consumption. This is achieved with a very fast movement during the free fall giving way to a controlled build-up to maximum pressure during the weld cycle, thus giving ideal welding conditions.

High frequency welders ZDW type are intended for welding tarpaulins, tents advertisment billboards and other big size PVC foil products. The automatic welding machine FORPLAST-P is the powerful device for welding truck tarpaulins, tents and awning materials. It produces optionally 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm or 45 mm wide overlap welds and may also be supplied as or converted into an automatic tape-welding machine at customer request.
The heat output of up to 4000 W 230 V AC can be electronically adjusted to temperatures between 20 and 700 °C for an individual adjustment to different materials.
The welding machine starts automatically after the weld head has been swivelled in.
An additional cold stage permits the fan to cool down once work is completed, without having to adjust the previously selected temperature.
In addition, the infinitely variable speed adjustment from 0 to 19 m/minute makes for an optimum welding result. Furthermore, the automatic welding machine’s three-point support ensures a reliable pressure on the tarpaulin.

Due to its light weight and handiness, the insulated welding gun MINI-electronic is perfectly suited for plastics fitters and tank manufacturers.
The heat output of 1500 W 230 V is infinitely variable between 20 and 700 °C and is kept constant by an electronic control system. In addition, it is possible to adjust the required air flow by means of an additional rotary knob.
The device requires an external air supply, such as a side channel blower, fan or compressor. We additionally offer a mobile hand-held fan that is easy to carry and supplies the required air on construction sites and in the field.
If necessary, it is possible to equip the welding gun with a threaded slip-on nozzle M 10. This slip-on nozzle permits the use of screw-on quick-weld nozzles, which are preferably used in plastics and tank construction due to their high degree of stability.

Hot plate welding is beneficial to manufacturers seeking to join thermoplastic parts where both high-strength and hermetic seals are required, or where parts have complex geometries, such as irregular shape, or curved or internal walls. Several models of hot plate welders are available to accommodate parts up to 72" x 24" in size. Models are available with horizontal or vertical plates. This process is often employed to assemble batteries, fluid reservoirs, lighters, or other challenging plastics joining applications where cost-effective methods and strong seals are crucial.
HH Series Horizontal Hot Plate Welders
Branson's Model HH-15 hot plate welder (at right) combines versatility in a small footprint. The distinctive feature of this welder is its horizontal platen, which enables it to process parts that are not adaptable to standard vertical hot plate welders.
Branson's HH-Series horizontal hot plate welders are complete assembly systems designed to weld parts up to 24" by 72" (610 by 1829 mm), or multiple smaller parts. (Note: the HH24S platen size is 24" by 19"/610 x 483 mm.)
