C-Power multi-point lubricators are a centralized lubrication system capable of delivering grease to up to six lubrication points, effectively taking the place of six single-point lubricators. They feature remote mounting with no pressure losses for up to 16 feet and will maintain full pressure regardless of the number of lubrication points selected. C-Power also offers versatile programmability from one to 24 months.
G-Power, M-Power and C-Power canisters can be filled with Timken-formulated lubricants or many types of commercial lubricants, although oil is not compatible with C-Power units. The S 10 Oil Drop Professional dispenser consists of a 2-litre metal
professional tank whereas the S10 is a toughened 10-litre
plastic tank.
Both are mounted on a frame to be secured to the
machine. The oil reaches the upper per and lower rollers
either in measured drops or in a continuous flow at a
pressure of 0.5 bar. This is achieved by feeding
pneumatics into the tank via a quick release coupling.
The flowcontrol cocks allow the oil flow to the upper
and lower rollers to be controltrolled separately. |

The automatic multi-line AX Range provides centralised lubrication at a fraction of the cost of conventional grease systems. They are constructed of waterproof and corrosion resistant materials, making them ideal for all types of industry and can be used on applications with up to 60 points where a multi-line system can be installed.
The AX Range are of self contained, automatic, electrically driven pumping units, available with a maximum of 60 outlets in a choice of 110 or 240 volt rating. Larger models for special applications can also be supplied.
Integral pumping units deliver a precise volume of lubricant to each bearing specifications feed line and in the event of accidental damage to one line the remaining lines are unaffected.

The EP4 pumping is an ideal prelube oil pump for large professional engines, but it is also a great oil or fuel transfer pump for limited duty cycle applications. It performs well with high viscosity professional oils. As a positive displacement pump it will self prime but is more efficient and quieter than a manufacturer of gear pump. Anywhere you need to move oil or fuel around you can do it easily and safely with a reliable EP4 pump.
The EP4-24 is powered by a self-contained motor running on 24 Volt DC power. The EP4-12 is the same unit running on 12 Volt DC power. Both voltages are capable of pressures in excess of 60 psi, with a manufacturer of pressure gauge built right into the face to show it. These pumps also incorporate a self-contained low loss check valve manufacturers to prevent backflow. They are quiet due to their "whisper vane" pump technology, and if they do make noise it's due to a starved suction professional pipe that is too small. The SKF Battery driven grease gun LAGG 400B is a high quality grease gun suitable for lubricating bearings suppliers, machines, vehicles and other applications.
