ZincTape comprises a layer of 99,99% pure zinc 80 microns thick with 25 microns of adhesive protected by a removable siliconised paper. It is available in rolls or in shapes based on the customer's needs. A feature of the new laminated zinc tape is its electrically conductive adhesive:this is achieved by incorporating a percentage of powdered zinc into the adhesive during manufacture. Since it's very easy to apply ZincTape, our product can be used in different fields, such as automotive and railway sectors, refineries, pipelines, tanks, poles and stakes and others.

Zinc Anode Activation Paste for concrete and dry environments
Zap is a paste which is developed specifically for galvanic zinc anodes when applied in dry environments. Zap keeps the zinc surface moist and active as it contains a unique blend of moist-binders and zinc surface activators.
It enhances the performance and anode efficiency and guarantees a continuous current density even in dry environments like concrete and arid lands. ZAP has a sealant-like behaviour, is a high viscous and can be applied with sealant-guns.
ZAP comes in standard 210ml canisters or 600 ml canisters which can be used with standard manual or battery charged sealant guns. Special flat nozzles are available upon request.

Galvanic Anodes for cathodic protection of steel in concrete
The Galvanic Anode protection systems utilize sacrificial anodes that naturally generate an electrical current to mitigate corrosion of the reinforcing steel. Zinc has a lower (more negative) potential than steel, so the Galvanic Anode provides the current to inhibit the corrosion of steel in concrete.
Galvanic cathodic protection systems, which use sacrificial anodes, have recognized advantages of simplicity and reliability, and have recently become available as a viable alternative to ICCP. Unlike ICCP, galvanic CP systems require no extensive wiring or conduit, and no power supplies. Their inherent simplicity greatly reduces the need for ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
In concrete structures, zinc anodes are typically used both for maintenance and new structures.
A wide range of zinc anodes specifically developed for concrete applications are available.

ZincLayerAnode (ZLA) is a sacrificial galvanic anode specifically designed for giving electrochemical protection, known as cathodic protection, for the prevention of corrosion of the concrete steel reinforcement.
It is applied upon the concrete surface. The zinc-layer is electrically linked with the steel reinforcement. In this way the electric-circuit is completed because electric current flows through the adhesive layer and concrete by means of ionic conductance (both materials are so-called electrolytes). Since zinc has a natural potential which is more electronegative than the steel reinforcement, the zinc becomes the anode after installation and forms a new corrosion cell in which the reinforcement is forced to be the cathode.
In this way the corrosion process within the concrete is transferred to the zinc-layer avoiding futural spalling and cracking of the concrete.
ZLA is available in rolls 250mm width x 25 meters long . Thickness 0,25mm

Zinc Sheet Anode for anticorrosion protection of reinforced steel in concrete
Zinc sheet is applied up on the concrete surface .
Zinc sheet stops corrosion by placing steel in concrete in a protected cathodic state. Stopping corrosion helps prevent concrete deterioration. Unlike impressed current systems, Zinc sheet is fully self-powered and self-regulating, providing the proper current to maintain steel polarization. It requires no external power source, no costly electrical work and minimal monitoring.
Zinc Sheet can be applied to the top, sides, or bottom surfaces of concrete structures of various shapes and any sizes.
Zinc sheet requires minimal maintenance over its long life. If desired, performance can be monitored easily by on-site personnel. With a 250 micron zinc layer the calculated life expectancy will be 21 years.

DURESIL EB : Bituminous epoxy paint for acid-resistant protection of concrete and steel surfaces. Use Duresil EB to coat structures that are below ground or to be permantly immersed in water, such as concrete and steel posts, sewers, purification plants etc. Duresil EB is a two-component paint formulated from special asphalt polymers and epoxy resins. To prepare, add Part B to Part A and mix thoroughly. Apply Duresil EB by brush or spray onto perfectly clean and solid substrates. After final hardening, Duresil EB forms a completely waterproof and vapourproof protective coating that is resistant to diluted acids and alkali, mineral oils, detergents, waste water, etc. Consumption 400-450 g/m2 per coat. MAPECOAT I24 : Epoxy paint for acid-resistant non-toxic coating of concrete surfaces. Two-component anti-rust mortar for the protection of reinforcing rods.
Mapefer is a mixture of polymers in water dispersion, cement binders and corrosion inhibitors to apply on reinforcing rods when repairing concrete.
Mapefer is supplied as two pre-measured components which must be mixed without adding water or other ingredients.
Mapefer is applied by brush to the rods which must be free of rust, oil, grease and loose particles. The rods must be cleaned beforehand by vigorous scrubbing or sand-blasting.
After Mapefer has dried (minimum 4 hours), a repair mortar can be applied (Mapegrout range).
