Metric and Imperial Ball Screw Jacks designs in translating and rotating screw formats in upright or inverted types are available in capacities up to 500kN ( 50 Ton). 2 gear ratios and 2 screw leads as standard, Options include Pre-loaded ball nut, Anti-rotation (keyed), 6 mounting options including trunnion and double clevis.
The Metric Ball Screw jacks have the extra advantage of an integral safety device as standard.

Series-S high duty screw jacks are a range of metric cubic screw jacks designed to have a higher duty cycle and mounting flexibility over conventional worm gear screw jacks. Typically the duty cycle can be extended by 50%. The higher duty rating has been achieved by improving the design of the jacks worm gearbox. The screw jacks are available in capacities from 25kN to 200kN in both translating and rotating screw configurations.

Chainlift was designed for lifting short travel, table type lifts.
The basic principle is identical - the chain is stored horizontally and forms a rigid pushing bar as it is driven through the drive housing, thus applying thrust under a platform.
The drive is generated by the rotation of pinions on rollers, forcing the links to lock and move through the housing.

With the "Screw Jack Building Block System", ZIMM offers a versatile program for the electromechanical adjustment of linear movements.
The designer finds ideas and solutions for lifting capacities from 0.25 kN to 1000 kN in the modular building set.
