Series M
The robust M Series frequency inverter runs both on single-phase networks at 200 to 230V, and on 3-phase networks at 380 to 480V, 50/60 Hz. The M Series is intended for 3-phase asynchronous motors, with a motor output of 0.4 to 7.5 kW. The maximum output frequency is 400 Hz. The M Series fulfils the desire for high
efficiency in a compact form.
It is used for conveyor belts, ventilators, pumps, centrifuges, and foodstuff machinery. Optimum motor control is achieved through a sensor-free vector control. V/f control is also optionally
available. An overload capacity up to 200% ensures the necessary starting torque.
The M Series frequency inverter has been preset by the manufacturer and can be installed directly.
The frequency can be set in many different ways. There is a choice between service part operation
(integrated buttons and potentiometer), terminal strip operation (control via analogue or digital inputs), and operation via PC software or SPS, via the integrated Modbus-RTU (RS485) interface. The integrated display shows the most important parameters immediately, allowing rapid
configuration. Optionally, a remote display can be connected. This can be built into the door of
the control cabinet.
All members of the M Series have an integrated EMC filter.

The FSDrive -MV1S is a medium Voltage inverter drive with "Multiple PWM Control". It provides 3 power cells per phase for the 3 kV and 6 power cells for the 6kV Inverter. Thereby a sinusoidal out voltage is generated without motor filter application. Linesided multiphase transformer is stored. Thew operation measures of the Medium voltage inverters coresspond to low voltage inverter drives.
The FSDrive-MX1S has the additional ability to return regenerated power into the medium voltage curcuit.

TRANSOMIK U2 Frequenzumrichter arbeiten nach dem Prinzip eines Umrichters mit fester Zwischenkreisspannung und eines Wechselrichters mit Pulsbreitenmodulation.
Die feste Zwischenkreisspannung wird mit einem 2Q-Drehstromgleichrichter erzeugt. Eine nachgeschaltete Drehstrom-Brückenschaltung aus IGBT-Transistoren, wandelt wiederum die Gleichspannung in ein Dreiphasensystem mit einstellbarer Frequenz und Spannung um.
Aufgrund dieser Konfiguration wird eine 4Q-Antriebsregelung möglich, ähnlich der Eigenschaft von Gleichstromantrieben, jedoch ohne deren Nachteile.
TRANSOMIK U2 ist deshalb auch für dynamische Anwendungen geeignet.
Beim Bremsen wird die Antriebsenergie ins Netz zurückgespeist. Ein Brems-Chopper wie bei normalen Umrichtern üblich, ist nicht mehr notwendig.

Variable speed transmission assembled on engine: TECHNOVAR.
the TECHNOVAR is a frequency converter which adapts on all the standardized standard engines. It is fixed on the top, side ventilator to be cooled. Simple to implement, it allows a variation speed to obtain a flow with constant pressure or a variable pressure with constant flow with a high degree of accuracy of adjustment. The parameter setting is easy and the visualization of the data is done locally on screen with liquid crystals. Very useful to optimize the operation of the centrifugal pumps with substantial energy saving on the installations of overpressure, treatment of water, heating, air-conditioning or of systems of filtration or opposite osmosis.

The KBVF Adjustable Frequency Drives provide variable speed control for standard 208-230 and 400/460 Volt 50 & 60 Hz 3-phase & PSC AC induction motors from subfractional thru 5 HP. The sine wave coded Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) output operates at a carrier frequency of 16 kHz, which provides high motor efficiency and low noise. Adjustable linear acceleration and deceleration are provided, making the drive suitable for softstart applications.
Due to its user-friendly design, the KBVF is easy to install and operate. Tailoring to specific applications is accomplished with selectable jumpers and trimpots, which eliminate the computer-like programming required on other drives. However, for most applications no adjustments are necessary. For more advanced programming, PC based Drive-Link™ software is available.

The Varispeed G7 inverter covers all demands. With its five control modes it can handle every task, from simple things like pump and fan control, all the way through to high performance tasks such as positioning. It is the world’s first inverter using the 3-level-technology with IGBTs in the 400V class. By switching only half the DC bus voltage at a time, this technology greatly reduces the stress for the motor winding insulations, especially with long motor cables. Fast switching between inverter IGBTs causes high voltage ramps (> 4.000V/µs) whcih may be even higher in the motor windings. Fast switching also tends to shorten motor life and limits maximum cable lengths.
Using a PREMO dV/dt EMC filter we guarantee the maximum peak voltage will stay under 1.000V/µs, with a dV/dt value < 500V/µs.
Suppressing voltage peaks like this will also reduce EMI interference from the converter, will increase its life and improve its performance.

Solid State Relay with phase angle control output
In a new and high-performance IP20 housing to the size of a standard “hockey puck” relay, this phase angle power SSR makes the voltage output vary with the analogue input voltage. Consequently the power applied to the load is proportional to the input. More precisely, thanks to the control logic performed by a micro-processor, power is a linear function of the input (proportional to U²).
In this small housing, the new series of relays switches from 35 Amps to 125 Amps. The standard output cage terminals can accept 2 AWG8 wires for currents up to 2 x 50 Amps or AWG0 wires thanks to a special adaptor kit allowing up to 151 Amps!
Products are available with a 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10 VDC or potentiometer inputs.
In addition, the relay output is protected against transient over- voltages with a varistor, whilst the input/output isolation and input to baseplate isolation or output to baseplate isolation is 4 kV complying with the EN60950/VDE0805.
This new generation of proportional controllers comes also in “celpac” housing (ready to use – 22,5mm pitch).

The range of REOVIB System 500 modules comprises phase-angle controllers for vib-ratory feeders and a timer module used with systems that have track control.
The REOVIB 506 is designed for controlling bowl or linear feeders up to 2A current rating. The output frequency 50Hz/100Hz (60Hz/120Hz) is selected to suit the feeder. In the regulation circuit there is built-in compensation for mains variations. The set-point for the feed rate is derived from a potentiometer and the set-point range can be linearised by using two trimmers Umin/Umax. Furthermore, an enable input is provided for start/stop operation. Fixings are provided for rail mounting to DIN EN 50022-35.

The RM 220E regulator is an electronic speed variator for the MINI MOTOR single-phase asynchronous motor of the ACR / ACER / PAR / PAER / MCR / MCER series. Speed variation is obtained by varying the power supply voltage to the motor at the right moment. The retroaction control makes it possible to maintain a constant rotation speed of the motor in line with the variation of the load applied. Speed regulation is obtained by means of a potentiometer fitted on the front panel of the unit, and 4 incorporated trimmers are used for regulating: The acceleration and deceleration ramps, the response time and maximum speed, and master or slave selection. This speed regulator can be supplied in the RM 220E panel version with the possibility of inserting an ID speed indicator as an option. It is also available in the open version RM 220E/G for electrical board or cabinet fitting. The RM 220E regulator conforms to tests prescribed by product standard CEI EN 61800-3 dated 09/96 and has been designed to operate in industrial environments. It is not therefore suitable for use on low-voltage public networks supplying power to homes.

The MININVERT 370 and 740 are static frequency converters with PWM microprocessor system, which make it possible to obtain high performance features such as speed control in retroaction and position control. These models have been designed to activate small three-phase motors with power between 10 and 370 W (½ HP) for the 370 model, and up to 740 W (1 HP) for the 740 model. They can be panel-mounted as well as with the normal attachment inside the cabinet using the
related supports. A particular feature is that of position control, which is handled entirely by the inverter and can be controlled in various ways (see the table of technical characteristics). The frequency converters comply with CEI EN 61800-3 electromagnetic compatibility standard.
