DMXREW1
The DMXREW1 Label Rewinder/ Unwinder is capable of rewinding or dispensing label rolls up to 4 inches wide, up to 8 inches in diameter at speeds up to 15 ips (inches per second). The DMXREW1 has a precision-crafted Adjustable Core Holder that adjusts in seconds to accept any core diameter from 1 inch to 4 inches (25 to 102mm). You can also do coreless rewinding with the DMXREW1.
The DMXREW1 uses Constant Adjustable Torque technology to achieve impressive, reliable performance at an unprecedented low price. A special motor, designed specifically for the DMXREW1, offers bi-directional operation and trouble-free performance. A switch conveniently controls the amount of rewind force. No awkward tensioning arms, troublesome belts, or clutches are used and no speed adjustments are required. Your DMXREW1 automatically adjusts to any printer speed up to 15 ips and even automatically allows label back-feeding if your printer requires it.
The DMXREW1 has an inner label flange to keep the edge of the label web aligned as the labels are being rewound. Rugged steel construction allows your DMXREW1 to simply be set in place near your label printer. Special anti-slip feet prevent the unit from moving.

The ALline labeling systems are automatically-operated in-line systems which can be configured for the labeling of cylindrical, elliptical or rectangular products; moreover, they can suit specific requirements, such as the application of tamper-proof seals or labelling of singularly shaped products.
All ALline linear labellers have equally been designed according to cutting edge designing criteria which, in strict compliance with CE regulations, make every machine suitable for even the harshest of conditions, guarantee great labelling accuracy even at high production speeds and feature a high degree of operator-friendliness, as the start and change-over operations are particularly simple and intuitive.
In more detail, ALline is based on the "built-in" philosophy, which means that all components are "included" in the structure/cabinet, well protected against dirt and accidental bumps. CICRESPI TERMOLOGITRON is a print+apply labelling machine for pallets.
Barcodes such as GS1 128, SSCC and others can be printed.
Labels are applied on the side in transit, or two labels on side and front, side and back, through the movement of linear pistons x, y and rotating. The machine is composed of a load bearing structure in aluminium with thermal transfer printing module, mechanical label unwinder, silicone paper rewinder, handling cylinders, label sucking module, end of materials and label presence sensors.
Optional version can apply labels on 3 sides.

Cicrespi labelling machine "MULTILABEL" applies simultaneously more self-adhesive labels in a row on pre-formed trays coming from thermoformers, multiple packages or stretched film.
Cicrespi "MULTILABEL" dispenses the selected number of labels and applies them through motored belt while keeping them in suction.
Cicrespi "MULTILABEL" comes in two versions: with thermal transfer printing group, or applicator only.
It is possible to program the number of labels, positioning, centring and pitches for multiple rows; create and store through terminal; dynamic teaching of different formats.

The Murrplastik labelling system for single wires, control gear, clamps, cables, control and signal units and conduits is one of the most universal on the market. We have developed our labels for many components by well known manufacturers. In doing so, we fulfil all requirements for a modern, compatible labeling system. Alongside simple manual input, existing data can also be drawn from various CAD/CAE systems into the unit's own software.

The labelling machine is made of one roller conveyor with an 2-axis sheet centering unit and an overhead applicator. The silent traction of the rollers is by means of a traction-belt. The overhead applicator takes a label from the printer unit and applies it on the product in any position defined by the control.
