The ultrasonic welders of the USP-M series have been designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (CAD, CNC).

The movement of the transducer holder head is achieved with a pneumatic system on high-precision prismatic guides. The welder is provided with a mechanical lock to control the present welding position. A wide range of generators is available: systems with an operating frequency of 20 and 36 kHz, with power from 500 up to 3000 Watt. The generators are technically advanced and totally digital. They incorporate a back-lit display and come enclosed into an elegant metal case. One of the most important characteristics of this welder is the cycle control system, which is totally run by a MICROPROCESSOR.

Ultraseal® ST-40HS Plastic Tube Sealers
The ST-40HS is an advanced ultrasonic tube sealing system that uses ultrasonic energy to scrub through stringers and contaminants to produce a hermetic seal on most tube materials, including laminates.

The ultrasonic sewing machine SEW US/04 has been designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (CAD, CNC).
This sewing machine, with a modern conception, is suitable for sewing synthetic textiles, in alternative to the traditional sewing with yarn.
The special transport system, with adjustable pressure, enables curvilinear welding.
The arm of the sewing machine is swinging, so adapting the machine to several productive and ergonomic exigencies.

In addition to the three different welding modes (time-, travel- and energymode) and the optimized force profiling the ACU features an electronic amplitude control. Using ultrasounds for cutting and welding is a well-known method that has been successfully applied for some time in many different fields, such as the automotive industry, food-processing and the pharmaceutical, textile and other industries.. This type of processing is carried out using sonotrodes as fixed tools.
Instead of using sonotrodes of a predefined shape, with which the welding procedure is discontinuous, as is the case, for example, with high frequency welding, for thermoplastic materials and nonwoven fabrics S.M.R.E now offer the SM.200.SA ULTRASONIC WELDING MACHINE WITH "ROTOSONIC" TECHNOLOGY . It consists of a special rotating SONOTRODE with an oscillating roller which enables continuous welding of the material.
The sonotrode and the upper roll rotate in a synchronised manner, so that the material runs properly between them.
The welding parameters are varied on the basis of the material being processed simply by adjusting the speed, the distance between the sonotrode and the upper contrast wheel and the pressure. This innovative system, patented by S.M.R.E and applied to this very machine, is a new revolutionary concept of ultrasonic welding not available on the market until now.

The Vibration Welder VSP 405 has been designed and manufactured, using the most modern technologies (CAD 3D / CNC).
Thank to these technologies, it is possible to weld thermoplastics items with complex shapes or, when it is not possible to weld the material itself with the conventional technologies (ultrasounds- hot plate ).
The vibration is circular. Unlike the existing common welders, the motion is got through the unbalancing of the shaft, that has a particular geometry. This is very important, as the customer can do the fixtures by himself.
The mechanical and electrical solutions allow to work in good conditions and with wide regulation possibilities, fitting the welder to the most various
welding problems.
The welder structure is very strong. The basement and the column are in painted steel. The motor that drives the central shaft is a Brushless type.
