The VC-2100/3100 vibration comparator can be used in vibration measurement application in which vibration-based judgment required such as go/no-go vibration measurement of product, facilities diagnosis, machine tool cutting tool damage and so on. Combined with an acceleration pickup, it may provide a full range of functions, from vibration detection through measurement and diagnosis, in a single package.
By employing a digital signal processor (DSP) in the VC series vibration comparator,
high-speed computation can be realized, using digital processing technology.
From the output signal of an acceleration sensor, the VC series simultaneously detects and discriminates different frequencies in 2 bands (VC-2100) or 3 bands (VC-3100).
Furthermore, The VC series features "visual and audio" checking functions. To check vibration levels, the VC series offers a function that enables vibration to be heard by connecting headphones as well as on-screen numerical displays and bar graphs.
Besides this, the "comparator gate input function" enabling only the necessary vibration phenomenon can be extracted by controlling the timing signals from a sequencer.
All of these functions are packed into a compact DIN size (96mm X 96mm). |

The DS-2000 Series is a B5-paper-size signal analysis system that weighs as little as 2.5 kg and has achieved the top level of downsizing and lightening among its counterparts in the same class.
It analyzes data accurately and securely through 24-bit A/D conversion over a 100-dB dynamic range, primarily in the application fields of sound and vibration. As a PC-based measurement system, it plays the dual role of data recording and analysis, and readily supports the creation of reports on measured data.
In addition to being lightweight and small in size, this new type of data station offers excellent performance, functionality, and scalability, and as a result can be used easily in the field to perform highly accurate analyses. |

The Gage Box remote Data Acquisition System is a shop floor proof, expandable gauging system.
The system is composed of dedicated, stackable modules to manage analog sensors and digital Input/Output signals.
All modules are daisy-chained together and exchange measurement data, programming data and I/O signals with the E9066™ Industrial PC through a simple RS232 serial link. Any commercial PC can also be used.
The system allows direct interfacing and data collection from TESTAR probes or measuring cells, and from a wide variety of third party sensors.
All data acquisition functions (sampling, signal conditioning, A/D conversion) are performed locally (freeing the computer from any overhead or operating system latency), and then conveniently transferred to the system’s companion Industrial PC, the E9066s™, or to any PC-compatible data collector, via a standard RS232 port.
A high speed, serial communication link with a dedicated ISA-compatible interface card is also available, for process-intensive or critical measurement applications. |

Microprocessor based Data Logger model DATALOG-16
Product Description:
In a process industries, where "n" number of parameters are required to be monitored and recorded, for various reasons, the data logger featured here is most ideal. Using single data logger it is possible to monitor and log the temperature or process values sensed through thermocouple or RTD(Pt-100) or other process variables, of maximum 16 different points. One or more data loggers can be combined for monitoring more than 16 channels. The measured analog values are also stored in the internal non-volatile memory along with the real time and date. The stored datas can be down loaded to the dot matrix printer using the built in parallel port and/or on to the computer using the built in serial port on RS485 link. Alarm facility is provided by common high and low relays and 32 dc drivers for high and low alarms per channel. External relay cards can be operated using this driver signals.
Supporting window based data acquisition software allows user to monitor the on-line or off-line datas in the graphical or tabular form on the screen. The high and low alarm levels are also programmable for each channel.

MCC has announced the addition of two battery powered temperature dataloggers to its growing datalogger line. These battery powered dataloggers are offered in two models: the USB-501 for remote temperature logging, and the USB-502 for remote temperature and relative humidity logging. These products are the perfect, cost-effective solution for long or short-term data logging applications. Both the USB-501 and USB-502 log up to 16,382 temperature measurements in the -35 to +80 şC (-31 to +176 şF) range. The USB-502 additionally supports up to 16,382 additional relative humidity measurements over the full 0 to 100 percent range. Rates for both dataloggers can be set from 10-second to 12-hour intervals. The loggers plug directly into a standard PC or laptop USB port for setup and data download. The included USB-500 Series Data Logging Application software supports both products. This user-friendly, intuitive software is used initially to configure the loggers, program alarm thresholds, logging rates, start times, and measurement units. When the loggers are retrieved from the field, the software provides simple one-click access to download, display, and export the data.
With the included USB-500 Data Logging Application software, the user can display time-stamped temperature, relative humidity, dew point, and alarm limits on a powerful strip chart graph. The data can also be downloaded to a text or a .csv (comma separator values) file. Supporting these file types allows users to easily export the logged data to Excel. With one mouse click, spreadsheets and reports are easily generated. The software and USB-500 series dataloggers are compatible with Windows 2000/XP. |
