AGIPRO - MIXEL Agitator for container

The set < Agipro 125 quick agitator with fixing holder for container › is made for you.
The fixing holder has been especially designed to enforce stability of the AGIPRO agitator and to maintain it on a 1000 litres cube-like container in total safety. You can use Agipro 125 quick agitator for mixing, homogenization, storage or suspending solids into liquid.
The MIXEL agitator AGIPRO 125 (or AP 125) is designed to mix liquids into 0.5 to 1.5 m³ tanks.

Made in lengths of up to three meters, complete with PVC support plate. They may be supplied, with axial-flow or centrifugal flow, with a rotation speed from 2800 to 600 rpm on the work they have to perform.
Due to their constructional detail they are suitable for use in purification and neutralisation plants and for the mixing of reactants, additives and flocculants in tanks with volumes of up to 20 m³.

Metso Minerals Attrition Scrubbing machines are simple, yet highly efficient units for scrubbing particles at densities of 70 - 80% solids.
Two opposed Helix type propellers on each shaft force particles against each other, resulting in intense scrubbing, polishing and disintegration. Efficiencies generally increase with and increase of the density of the pulp, as particles have more frequent grain to grain contact. The twin propellers, mounted on a shaft inside a tank, are supported by a heavy-duty steel structure. Shafts are coupled to either gearbox or spindle bearing drives. An opening in each cell partition allows pulp to flow through the machine. Machines are usually supplied with two, four or six cells, with each cell ranging in volume from 4 to 9900 liter’s. (1cubic foot to 359 cubic foot). Odd cell arrangements are also available as custom supply

Agitator for digestion or methanization tank
Sludge coming from waste water plants is full of methane.
In order to reduce volume of sludge (30 to 40%) and to deodorize it, sludge is transformed inside a digestion or methanization tank.
An agitator turns in this heated tank, separating methane from sludge. This methane is collected at the top of the tank and used to heat tank.
Then, digested sludge is dehydrated and used to fertilize agricultural soil.
MIXEL has designed a new agitator for equipping digestion or methanization tank:
- vertical agitator, with double level of propellers (TTF profiles propellers, with converging edge to avoid aggregation of tows;
- agitation shaft up to 20 m

Flygt mixers are used in a wide range of mixing duties such as solids suspension, liquid blending and destratification. Submersible mixers have a compact design, which together with Flygt’s installation methods makes them easy to install both in new and existing tanks. They can be found in operation at wastewater treatment plants, on oil and gas rigs and supply ships, in aqua and agriculture and in the steel and metal industry. Unlike their dry-mounted counterparts, submersible mixers provide unlimited freedom of positioning and orientation. In the delivery state (clamping ring barrel) the material is prepared and conditioned for use and transfer to the spray gun. Due to the pneumatic lid lifter, an empty barrel can be replaced easily with a full one. System components:

The IKA-ROTOTRON is a jet flow agitator. The jet tube cares for intensive, directed flow. Therefore this agitator is especially suitable for mixing of high-viscous media, even in rectangular containers. Moreover this agitator is especially suitable for submerse incorporation into extremely big containers. This makes the use of extremely long and big agitators of common type unnecessary.
The IKA-TURBOTRON construction series does not have a fixed jet tube. Instead of the jet tube different mixing tools like propellers, turbines or toothed disks can be chosen according to the respective application.
