The RPS-401A-80P analog ultrasonic sensor is mounted in a PVC barrel housing and is completely self contained. It is powered by 20-30 VDC and is reverse polarity protected. It also has a narrow beam angle which enables it to get into tight places. A flat target can tilt up to 10 degrees and still be detected. The RPS-401A-80P has 2 short circuit protected analog outputs, 4-20mA and 0-10 VDC. These outputs can easily be inverted and can be scaled over almost any range by means of adjusting the zero (P1) and span control (P2). The (P1) potentiometer must be adjusted first. Both analog outputs can be used at the same time.
For set-up purposes an LED strength indicator is provided. This LED is Green when not detecting and changes to a bright Red as a target moves into place depending on how much reflected signal is coming back from the target. The frequency of operation for the RPS-401A-80P is 140kHz. The RPS-401A-80P is constructed of PVC. The barrel measures 30mm x 105mm. A standard 6' cable is provided.

Due to internal microprocessor electronics, the PDCR 3500 can also give a digital pressure output in engineering units via RS485. The RS485 is also used for re-calibration and housekeeping activities such as serial number retrieval and diagnostics. The PDCR 3500 is therefore two transducers in one. Customers can use either the analog or digital output (or both) depending on the requirements of their application.
Features & Benefits:
Digital Output
Extensive electronic self tes
Unit ID - Inventory control (QS-9000)
32 Sensors on single RS 45
Analog Output
±0.05% FS per year stability
Total accuracy: ±0.1% FS for -65° to 250°F
Response time >4 KHz

POSIC presents a new type of inductive position sensor for the measurement of gears, disks and linear bands. The IS2201 sensor consists of a differential microcoil transformer that is integrated on a silicon chip together with the associated electronics, leading to an extremely robust and very compact sensor.
The differential inductive sensor has a high immunity against magnetic and electromagnetic perturbations, does not need a bias-magnet and works with ferromagnetic (iron, nickel) as well as with electrically conducting (aluminum, copper, brass) gears and discs. These features make the microcoil sensor ideally suited for applications where magnetic sensors fail or show reliability problems.
Typical applications are in the motion control domain with magnetic actuators like brushed and brushless motors, voice coil actuators etc. Markets served include industrial, automotive, robotics, medical, instrumentation and office equipment.
The IS2201 sensor comes in the form of a 8.7 x 6.2 mm PCB with two half-holes for alignment/fixation, ready for assembly in e.g. an electric motor or an industrial machine.
The IS2201 sensor as well as the corresponding evaluation kit are available from stock.

Analog displacement sensors output a linear voltage or current signal which changes in proportion to the distance from the target. The characteristic curve is linear over the entire working range. These sensors are ideal for distance measurement, for sensing rotating objects, detecting longer travel by means of lateral approach or for detecting different materials..

Single Axis Tilt Sensors (Inclinometers)
Measurement Specialties' single axis tilt sensors, inclinometers, and clinometers incorporate a fluid filled capacitance based technology to measure inclination up to ±60º. The sensors have no moving parts, making them extremely rugged and reliable.
Position Sensor - AccuStar I Series
Description: The AccuStar® Electronic Clinometer is an extremely accurate angle measurement device. This compact and rugged sensor is ideal where space is critical and environmental conditions are serious design concerns. The heart of the system is a patented, capacitance-based sensor with no moving parts. When rotated about its sensitive axis, this unique sensor provides an exceedingly linear variation in capacitance, which is electronically converted into angular data. The sensor and low-power CMOS electronics are encased in a rugged plastic housing ready to install as a system component or as a stand-alone device. Designed for easy integration, with a choice of analog, ratiometric, digital or serial models, the clinometer produces an output signal corresponding to direction and magnitude of angular displacement.
