CMT 48tr - The CMT 48tr balancers called 'core' balancing machine useful in the next stage of turbine regeneration, after the bearing rings and sealing are exchanged , and after it is assembled again in the housing. Machine is balancing assebled turbochargers in two corrective planes at speed of about 30 000 rev./min. The performance conditions are similiar to engine conditions.
CMT 48ntr - One-plane CMT48ntr 'core' VSR balancing machine with max. balanced shaft rotations speed up to 220.000 rpm
Balancing is realized in the factory turbine core assembly. Balancing is realized on conditions similar to the conditions of car engine, with oil with given temperature and preassure.

- for the companies repairing transmission shafts,

All balancing machines for propeller/drive shafts have the following characteristics:
- Balancing may be performed in two, three and four corrective planes at the same time

- the central supports are adjusted to the universal devices for fastening of the shaft

Profi Tool Balancers PTB 7.2 and PTB 21.2 are solutions from Hofmann for balancing of tools or tool holders with standard conical spindle interfaces (SK, HSK, Capto etc.). The type CVW-B balancing machine is a single machine designed for deployment in the manufacturing of torque converter turbine stators. Mass removal can be performed by adding up to three drill units. This machine is ergonomically designed for loading by its operator. AUTOMATIC ARMATURE BALANCING MACHINE
1. SALIENT FEATURES
1.1. Completely automatic operation. Operator simply has to place the jobs at the input station and remove them from the output station. The OK jobs and the OUT OF TOLERANCE jobs are separately stacked.
1.2. 4 cutters are provided at the correction station to simultaneously mill on LHS and RHS. This ensures fast correction.
1.3 Correction in 90o components is ideal for jobs having high initial unbalance as compared to polar corrections. Higher depth of milling means more unbalance can be corrected. Secondly, the 90o correction method means that second run balancing is possible.
1.4. Milling system does out to in milling ensuring that the stack is not damaged during milling due to flaring. It also means milling can be done at the ends which reduces the total unbalance correction required.
1.5. An automatic linear transfer system ensures minimum space for operator movement. A rotary transfer system is provided when space limitations are not there.
1.6. Zero clearance 'slides' and electronic depth measuring with resolution of 0.05mm helps achieve good correction ratio.

Innovations in balance measurement, corrections, transfer, and data collection systems greatly enhance machine performance. An example of this is Hines patented A.C.E. (Automatic Correction Enhancement). With ACE turned on, the computer monitors the initial and final unbalance, then makes adjustments to the correction routine. Just leave the machine running and performance is constantly optimized!
Excellent correction ratios were not enough for our customers. To make this exceptional performance easier to quantify, we developed an internal statistics package to monitor and analyze the balancing process. Turn the internal statistics package on and you will have continuous data collection.
