Fogg Rinsers have simple construction which makes them very reliable. Every part of the machine is designed for quick and easy maintenance. The Rinser itself is constructed of stainless steel, and product contact is available in 316L stainless steel, which gives it a very high chemical resistance.
When bottles enter the single effect rinser they are externally sprayed and lifted onto a carousel to be internally sprayed with one rinsing agent.

Automatic system using rinsing grippers that hold the bottles by the neck and rotate them by 180° to position them at the processing nozzles fitted on the grippers themselves. These nozzles can either be fixed or enter the bottles depending on production requirements. The circuits in which the various fluids are conveyed, constructed in food-safe materials, are totally separate, to safeguard against the risk of contamination.
