The co-axial coupling consists of three parts. The outer hub consists of a series of rare earth magnets that are ground, potted and attached to the inside diameter of a steel hub. The inner hub consists of a series of rare earth magnets that are ground, potted and attached to the outside diameter of a steel rotor. The inner hub is then completely sealed in stainless steel to protect the magnets and rotor from damage or corrosive substances. Typically there is a radial air gap of up to .275" (7mm) between the inner and outer hubs. Conventional bores and keyways are used to drive the inner and outer hubs.
Air Logic manufactures a comprehensive line of nylon and polypropylene plastic joints; the polypropylene professional fittings ar more chemically resistant than our standard nylon fittings. Polypropylene also provides more dimensional stability.
The fittings include Barbed Crosses, Elbows, Tees, and Unions. Barbs are available for 1/16", 1/8", or .170" I.D. tubing. The nylon fittings can be provided in black or white; the polypropylene fittings are gray.
Multiline - (4 / 6 / 8 Line) - QDC
Description: The snap-type multiple line quick disconnect features a releasing sleeve that permits one-hand connecting or disconnecting of several fluid lines simultaneously. Simply push the sleeve in to disconnect the fluid lines and push the internal and external ends together to connect the lines. The design incorporates a keyed location pin to insure correct orientation of the fluid lines during connection. The internal end is designed with an automatic shut-off cock.
Material: Internal: brass or 303 stainless steel components; acetal releasing sleeve; stainless steel mounting plate, springs, ball bearings, set screw, crescent “C” rings and steel “E” ring. External: 303 stainless steel components; stainless steel backing plate
Professional seals: Internal: three Buna-N O-rings, OR-QDC-B (3 O-rings), for each line. Optional materials: EPDM, Viton®, Silicone, Chemraz® and Fluorosilicone.

Tentube™ Series Couplings (Multiple Line Coupling)
Colder Products’ Tentube™ coupling provides one easy-to-use quick disconnect for up to ten separate fluid lines. The Tentube is available with cocks on the body side in panel mount and in-line configurations for maximum design flexibility. The Tentube can connect and disconnect up to ten lines with the use of a simple industrial slide latch. Tubing orientation is ensured by keying the coupling body and insert. Different fluids and tubing sizes can be accommodated by using acetal or polypropylene inserts in three popular sizes.
Colder also offers the TwinTube™ Series Couplings (two separate fluid lines one coupling) and the Sixtube™ Series Couplings (six separate fluid lines on one coupling).
