Model I&J7400 is the largest dispensing robot in the current desktop robot series with a working area 15.75" x 15.75" (400mm x 400mm) but with a footprint depth of less than 30 inches (760mm) for mounting on an industrial work bench. Particular attention has been given to frame accuracy in an industrial robot of this size, and the base is a heavy-duty cast construction to maintain linear performance across the entire dispensing area.

The height of the assembly robot is adjusted by mounting supports that are available in standard heights. The in-line Cartesian robot operates above the dispensing application and is therefore is suited as an assembly robot for conveyors and work cells. However, when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar, the cost of sophisticated equipment can place automation beyond the reach of many would-be users. In order to satisfy this need, mta developed a table-top robot which combines flexibility with required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at a reasonable cost.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point.

Robot-type Loading
Ideal for unpalletized parts or parts mounted on various sized fixtures. Parts are automatically loaded and unloaded to fixturing using closed-loop hydraulics for maximum stability.

Robots for different pallet weights (up to 700 kg) are available. The robot may be installed stationary or on rails. The maximum number of machines to be automated with stationary robots is 3.
The automation with robot is very fast and flexible. It the chucks on the machine table are set up accordingly multi side machining of work pieces is available by automatically changing the position of the work piece in the chucks with the robot. Additionally a robot may perform extra tasks, if the equipment for those tasks is installed within reach of the robot, for example the automatic cleaning of the work piece in an ultrasonic basin.

The Wire Booster assists the wire feeding between the pail pack and the wire-feeding unit of a robot welding system or a manual power source.The driving rollers of the Wire Booster are separated from the running motor through a magnetic clutch. The wire is fed by the magnetic clutch, as soon as the main drive of the robot employs force on the wire. Through this functional principle the Wire Booster does not necessarily have to be connected or synchronised with the main drive.Wire feeding problems can now be solved fast and without any unnecessary installation.
