Dependable and rugged, our BU Facer series make flange facing easy and inexpensive. These large diameter machines can be used to re-face all size flanges ranging from 10" to 110" OD. These industry proven facing machines are capable of tube sheet and flange facing in minimum setup time. The time tested solid ring design and interchangeable drive system provide a rigid machine capable of holding tight tolerances and creating excellent surface finishes
The 314 Beveler was created for quick set-ups and weld end preparations on pipe and tube diameters form 3" to 14" OD. Reliable and torque-free operation is accomplished with an automatic three jaw locking system that automatically centers the pipe beveling machine to the bore of the piping to be machined. Using the automatic chuck system, installation of the mandrel can be accomplished in less than one minute. The 314 pipe beveling machines also have an optional miter mandrel system for mounting in valves, fittings and short perch applications. The cutting head of the 314 Beveler is made of 4140 steel for rigidity and long life. The 3 cutting tool slots accept all configurations of high-speed form tool blades for versatile operation. The 314 Beveler is capable of form tool beveling, facing and ID counter-boring in one operation.
