RB Rotary FFS
Pre-made pouch look, seal, and quality with the low cost and convenience of a form fill and seal machine.
The RB series offers you the best of both worlds. The pouch is formed in a linear method from roll stock. After sealing the bottom (or top depending on loading) and sides, the pouch is cut, and placed onto a rotary turret, just like a pre-made pouch. The RB machine can also be set up to use pre-made pouches, then converted over to roll stock at a later date! Horizontal forming, filling and sealing machines with rotary Type HDG-RB especially designed for the production and filling of 3 and 4-side sealed pouches, double pouches, stand-up pouches, bottom-folding pouches and contoured pouches with and without re-sealable systems. Station 2 : a cold jaws takes the top of the bag and shake it in order to adjust the product inside the bag
Station 3 : A device such the air inside the bag then seal the top side of the bag
Station 4 : a rotating double-head performs the double folding of the top of the bag already welded
Station 5 : label applicator to apply a reclosable label on the top side of the bag, keeping the double fold top seal close to the bag

Automatic vertical packaging machine designed to form, fill and seal on 4 sides sachets of thermosealable material.
Constructed with a modular system to facilitate rapid size change operations.
The machine frame is constructed in specially treated and hardened aluminium, all parts in contact with the product are in AISI 316 L stainless steel.

The Omag C3 for granules and free flowing products is available in configurations from 2 up to 12 lanes and allows to pack all granular products such as: crystal sugar, sweeteners, salt, pepper, tea, sugar based soft drink powders, chemical and pharmaceutical granules, etc. under four side seals sachets.
Sachet size: On version up to 3 lanes the sachet size is fully adjustable, within certain limits, on both width and length. On machines from 4 lanes onwards, width has a pre-selected size whilst length, in most cases, remains adjustable. Depending on the considered unit, the sachet size can vary from a minimum of 35 x 40 mm up to a maximum of 150 x 220 mm. The machine is manufactured for actual working width from 200 up to 500 mm than can be divided into a number of lanes which depends on the considered individual sachet width. Special versions for different sachet size can be designed on request.
Dosing system: by oscillating hopper and twin set o distributing cups. The dose adjustability range is within a volume ratio of 1:2.
Speed: depending on the volume to be packed, the machine can achieve up to 200 strokes/minute and output will be proportional to the number of lanes of the considered unit. The C3 is a continuous motion machine starting from one reel of heat-sealable packaging film and performing sachets with print centering on both sides. It is a mainly mechanical unit with an electronic card controlling the main operating processes. The operation, the adjustment and the maintenance are definitely simple and do not require any especially skilled staff.
