OYSTAR Jones created and patented the Pouch King®, a high performance pouch-packaging machine more then 30 years ago. This improved, high-end system employs printed circuit heating technology, which provides a precise temperature profile across the vertical seal bars of the machinery, making a virtually flawless laminated seal. The Pouch King® has a wide range of feeding systems for both individual and multi-component blends, enabling the customer to have optimal filling and accuracy control.

The OMAG C3/1, one-lane-version, is the most versatile machine of the C3 product line.

The model SP-70 has been designed to reach outputs up to 360 pouches per minute.

Multi-lane vertical tubular machine to fill and pack various types of products in single-dose stick-packs.
The intermittent motion unit of OMAG's mod. CS starts from heat-sealable film fed from the reel, cuts it into the number of webs corresponding to the number of lanes and, through small folding shoulders, performs tubes that are first sealed lengthwise by heated bars (Fin-seal) . Then, the bottom cross seal is performed, the product is dosed and dropped into the bag, the top cross seal is performed and the cross cut/separation of the stick-packs are then out fed on a belt conveyor. The cross cut is performed by its specific cutting device, separate from the sealing device.

The Tube/S is a vertical packaging machine with intermittent movement for packaging tubular sachets sealed on 3 sides (sticks). The machines are equipped with a PLC and touch-screen to constantly monitor functions and parameters during the dosing phase to allow the diagnostics of alarms and any anomalies which may occur. The machine is made of stainless steel and anodized aluminium. The sealing zone is a cantilever with respect to the machine body, the movement is internal and separate from the sealing assembly. Easy cleaning, high versatility in format changes and full respect of the concept of friendly operation (which facilitates working with and on the machine) make the machine excellent in the field of packaging and compliant with the requirements of standards GMP and FDA.
