A new and complete range of pumps for transferring and delivering oil, operated by direct current motors. PIUSI products respond perfectly to market demand. The pumps are especially designed for transferring oil from drums, or mobile tanks, in situations where electricity or pneumatic connections are not available. The motor is equipped with a direct current battery so that oil transfer or delivery operations can always be carried out.
Use the pressure-switch version to deliver oil without the inconvenience of having to start or stop the pump.
Thanks to their compactness and easy installation these pumps can be used for equipping mobile oil pumps on vehicles or used independently with battery equipped trolleys. They can also be used as primary installations when carrying out oil transfer or handling operations in yards, ports, aboard vehicles or boats.

Description
«R» series pumps are positive displacement, rotary, internal gear. The capacity is directly proportional to the rotation speed and almost independent of the pressure. The flow is smooth and non-pulsating in either directions. Depending on the application, the pump will be supplied with a packed gland or a mechanical seal mounted single, single with quench, double in tandem, double back-to-back or with a magnetic coupling. The «R» Pumps are manufactured in cast iron or stainless steel. Special materials or material combinations can be used when necessary. The Pumps can be equipped with heating jackets and/or by-pass (relief valve).
Applications
The «R» Pumps are used for liquids of any viscosity as solvents, chocolate or bitumen. The liquid may be lubricating or non-lubricating and may contain abrasive particles as color pigments.
«R» pumps can be used best in one or more of the following circumstances:
- viscous liquids
- constant capacity
- smooth non-pulsating flow
- self-priming
- long life

SG Series gear pumps provide pressure up to 70 PSI and 3 GPM for applications where consistently high pressure is needed for small tubing, oil hole drills, high velocity jets through nozzles and for heavy viscosity oils. Cutting oils, coolants, lubricants, drawing compounds and some solvents are the types of fluids typically pumped with SG Series pumps. These pumps and systems are recommended for use with liquids that have some lubricating quality and are relatively free from abrasives and scale. SG Series gear pumps are often preferred for small lathes and drills

KF gear pumps are used for pumping a wide variety of
fluids.
KF gear pumps are distinguished especially by their wide
range of variants which are assembled as required on the
modular principle and also permit subsequent upgrade.
The pumps are also suitable for media with low lubricating
properties.
The standard housing sections are of grey cast iron.
The gear units are manufactured from high-strength
case-hardening steel, hardened and mounted in special
multi-compound plain bearing bushes.
The standard drive shaft is sealed by rotary shaft
lip-type seal.
All pump sizes incorporate helical tooth system.
This feature, combined with special gear geometry,
results in extremely low noise levels and reduced
pressure pulsation.
