Lako Tool is proud to announce the TS-12 Heat Seal Tester. The TS-12 is one of the most precise and consistent table top Heat Seal Tester available. The heat sealer is designed to produce heated crimp seals for flexible packaging materials. The digitally controlled heat sealer allows independent upper and lower seal jaw temperature and accurately controls the temperature across the entire length of seal. The seal pressure is changed by simply adjusting the analog gauge which controls the cylinder pressure. The TS-12 Heat Seal Tester insures sealing consistency for each sample and allows for seal testing, sample package development or small production sealing.

Model 20 Manual Accu-Sealer
This heavy duty heat sealer machine is the one we recommend when a manual, yet rugged bag sealer is needed. This portable tabletop unit can be used for low volume production as well as situations that require heavier film thickness.

Whit static sealing, the container to be sealed must be centred under the induction coil after setting the sealing time and the output power.
The sealing process will then be activated by:
- a Start pulse from a photoelectric cell only when the container is detected to be in the correct position for sealing;
- the Start push button on the operator's panel;
- a remote control;
- the push button situated on the coil handgrip (manual positioning of the induction coil on the container).
