REMKO VRS heaters correspond to the highest technical standards. Without a time-consuming installation as conventional hot water heating systems. The devices are suited not only as individual units, but also as centralised units for warmth channel connection. Extensive special accessories on the intake and outlet sides are available. The intake air is heated via a heat exchanger by an oil or gas burner and evenly distributed in the room using a low-noise radial fan.
In summer, the fan provides pleasant fresh air. The program selection with heat outputs between 33 and 495 kW always permits an appropriate device choice. |

OHA radiant strips are especially fitted for infrared heating of industrial, commercial and sports' buildings up to any type of height. They are on the contrary especially fitted for very high buildings which require large radiant surface with lower surface temperatures.
OHA system does not move the dust in the air, it does not take any space on the floor and its maintenance is extremely reduced. The characteristic of the gas combustion head in premix and afterburning at low NOx emission and high efficiency. The radiant pipe circuit diameter 200/300mm assure a high thermal emission. A special insulation above the radiant strips raises further the radiant yield on the floor.

Heating module designed for increasing the temperature of the air canalised inside of it (thermal difference of 17ºC to 60ºC).
Its big versatility turns it into an equipment with great application in the premises heating area, as well as in that one of materials drying processes as for example: furniture, metal pieces, vegetables, etc.
Its main features are:
-Operation with heating gas oil, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gases.
-Combustion oven made for achieving a performance of 90%.
-Tubular structure painted with black priming.

Multi-directional heating
Noz is an innovative re-modelling of the traditional unit heater, developed to address the heating and air distribution needs of warehouses and industrial buildings.
Noz features six adjustable nozzles that can be individually positioned to provide optimum air distribution. When installed at high level the nozzles should be positioned near to the vertical to optimise downward penetration of the air, but when installed at lower levels the nozzles should be positioned nearer the horizontal to maximize coverage.
Using a technologically advanced 'mixed flow' fan air is discharged through the nozzles at high velocity, thus inducing movement of the surrounding air and resulting in improved mixing and temperature distribution.
And with comfort in mind Noz can be used to provide fresh air enabling circulation of ambient air in the summer. |

The range of helicoid aerotherm consists in 7 different models used either in heating or cooling mode.

Aircalo aerotherm enables rapid heating or cooling volumes at the same time, mixing the air sufficiently to prevent its stratification (it is possible to complete this mixing by using zephir air recyclers).
Depending upon the characteristics of the building to be equipped, the Aircalo aerotherm may be hung (vertical blowing) or wall mounted (horizontal blowing).
CAUTION :
In cooling operation, the vertical mounting (horizontal blowing) should only be used. In this case, a condensate vessel is supplied.

Ribbed heating elements/Air duct heaters/Convectors
Ribbed resistance heaters are ideal for the convection-heating of air in stoves, industrial ovens, drying cabinets and facilities, air-conditioning equipment etc. Ribbed heaters are generally used to heat air or non corrosive gas by natural or forced convection.
The heating elements are made of Z6 CNT 18-10 stainless steel (ST. ST. AISI 321) tubes of diameters 8.5, 10, 13 and 16 mm. The sheaths are fitted without clearance with electrogralvanized steel ribs.
Air duct heater are equipped with pin or spiral formed sheathed heating elements mounted on a stainless steel or galvanized iron casing. They are used to heat circulating air.
Convectors perfectly meet industrial requirements. They can be equipped with regulation devices.Waterproof and ATEX certified products are available for power ranging from 250W to 6kW.

These equipment may be connected either with vertical or horizontal vent or through a chimney.
These aerotherms do meet the main requirements of the CE standards requirement related to gas-fired aerotherm.
CAUTION :
These equipment can only be used in sufficiently aerated premises, except where a tight connection is provided.
The proper operation of the aerotherm depends on a correct installation and start-up.
Aerotherm should not be installed in :
- Hazardous areas
- Premises containing vapours of chlorinated combination
- Areas with high contents of inflammable dusts

Proff is a range of compact, portable fan heaters designed for
craftsmen and others who need both temporary and permanent
heating for buildings sites, warehouses, workshops etc. It is
particularly well suited for drying applications. The heaters
have a handle and can easily be mounted onto the wall.
Proff fan heaters must not be used in the proximity of
swimming pools or other places where there is open water.
The units are made of galvanised steel with heating elements
of stainless steel. Powder coated in light grey with a black
stand and grille. Proff 2 kW and 3 kW are supplied with a
2 m supply lead and a DIN grounded plug. The Proff
5 kW and 9 kW are also supplied with 2 m lead but with a
CEE round-pin plug for 3 phase power supply. The Proff
15 kW, 20 kW and 30 kW are supplied with a 1.8 m cable
without plug.
The thermostat can be set between 5°C and 40°C. |
