The ZD4WA5 Traveling Head HF Welder has output power of 4kW, pneumatic press, automatic PLC steering control - electric motion system with electronically controlled movement counter controlling the length, traveled distance and weld cycle number.
The HF machine is moving along a table on special rails allowing for smooth motion and exact movement/distance control.
The machine is designed for medium size PVC products where cycle/spot or continuous line weld is required.

High frequency welder 4-15kW is intended for sealing blister packages made of PVC and PET-G. With the use of a special tolling (welding-cutting electrode) very nice and durable seal of any shape and size can be done in just a few seconds. The RF welder is simple and easy to use.
It has programmable PLC and fast antiflash unit and it can be equipped with optional top heated platen. This type machines are working mostly in general packaging, medical equipment, office supply and promotional items industries.

Unique design semi-automated High Frequency welder for making clear plastic (PVC) tubing 50-400mm diameter with length up to 650mm. The machine is equipped with a special high grade welding electrode to achieve straight line seam without the need for additional trimming. Welder has also special patented “hold-curve” system which makes the welding operation easy and fast. The welding process can be done with electrode and cylinder installed either horizontally parallel or at the right angle.

Foot Pedal Plastic Welding System
The basic machine in the large family of welders. The equipment is robustly constructed with a very positive steel head mounting slide formed with a double "V" mechanism designed for accuracy and long life. For seaming type work, a small tool mount is recommended, giving good visibility and access of the work area. Alternatively for other applications an appropriate large mount can be supplied, giving rigid support over a wide tool area. Facilities are also available to increase the throat space, where excess materials have to be positioned behind the tooling. Our offer for foot pedal welders ranges from 0.5kW to 4.0kW.

15kW rotary table welder with 4 work stations incorporates all necessary features to achieve fast, accurate and reliable RF welding over a broad range of products.
Additional operations such as print stations and pick and place robots can readily be incorporated where manufacturing schedules apply.
The unique mechanical design of the "C" frame press produces very high pressures for minimal air consumption. This is achieved with a very fast movement during the free fall giving way to a controlled build-up to maximum pressure during the weld cycle, thus giving ideal welding conditions.
The HF generator is of latest design based upon easily exchangeable printed circuit boards and a 24V control system. The ZDKP series is available with alternative generators e.g. 10kW, 12kW and 15kW as well as hydraulic drives (for down stroke pressure up to 10T), different platen sizes and rotary table configurations.

Special design RF welder to weld PVC film used for Stretched Ceiling applications. The machine is equipped in special high grade welding / cutting electrode to achieve straight line, almost invisible seam, during the foil welding operation.
With the use of unique (curve profiled) tooling the PVC film can be easily attached to a “harpoon” edging which allows for easy installation on the ceiling/wall with aluminum profiles or hangers.
Machine is made in two models:
- foot pedal positioning
- fully pneumatic version for ease of operation
It may be also used in other industries where linear welds are used.

7,5 kw HF welder intended for welding tarpaulins and other big size PVC foil products. A machine is equipped in special gear which enables doing long and rectilinear cut-off welds during one working cycle. Console with electrode that gradually welds fabric enables to get unlimited length of weld. Special function of program almost eliminates participation of personnel during welding process.
