AirClean Systems Polypropylene Horizontal Clean Benches
AirClean Systems Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Benches are constructed from all-white, structural polypropylene. This provides a seamless design and exceptional Class 100 laminar flow air in a horizontal direction. Uniform air exits from the rear of the hood where it is filtered and then flows forward to the face of the hood. Built-in fluorescent lighting is provided to illuminate the work surface. Units are available in standard 52-inch and 102-inch widths while custom widths are available.

NuAire’s AireGard NU-201 Horizontal Laminar Airflow Workstations are specially designed to provide the ideal particle-free, bacteria-free, clean-air environment needed for laboratory work and pharmaceutical procedures. These workstations create true laminar air flow and uniform horizontal velocities throughout the entire work-zone, achieving minimal air turbulence by making the work area enclosure zone an extension of the HEPA filters actual flow area. The clean filtered, uniform velocity air is then allowed to flow outward in streamlines, eliminating “backwash”.
The AireGard NU-201 is designed with highly reliable control systems, providing extraordinary attenuation of sound and vibration. The Controls, Pre-filters and HEPA filters are conveniently accessible from the front of the unit allowing for easy adjustments. The top and side panels surrounding the work area are constructed of clear polycarbonate, preventing a “trapped” feeling and allow viewing of the workstation by other personnel.
