COMPOSITE SHIELD is a high performance, semi-permanent release coating specifically formulated for use with advanced molding materials in industries requiring assured contamination free fail-safe processing.
|
|
|
Departure release agent has been specifically formulated to meet the high performance requirements of the Advanced Composites industry by providing consistent, effortless releases without buildup on the tool. Departure is a versatile, non-hazardous polymer that chemically bonds to the tool surface.

ROTOSHIELD is specially formulated to meet the unique demands found in today’s rotational molding environment. Designed to maximize process efficiency, ROTOSHIELD’s non-flammable and non-toxic properties make it safe to use on hot tools without interrupting existing cycle times and without the need for a bake cycle. The rapid cure formulation provides multiple de-moldings between applications and reduced scrap rates from sticking or warping.

External solvent based semi-permanent mould release agent .
MOULEX® 365GL laying forms a thin film on the mould surface for easy and multiple releases.
Advantages
High gloss finish.
No self releases.
Multiple releases before new application.
Small consumption: thin layer coating.
Coating supports temperatures up to 450°C.

MOULEX® 100 is an external semi permanent release agent. It is free of silicon oil and allows many releases without touching up. In addition it is highly resistant to abrasion and profits from a high gliding effect.
MOULEX® 100 is ready to be used and allows obtaining a thin release coating without transfer to moulded parts. Due to its composition it also reduces mould fouling.
Advantages
Free of silicon oil.
High gliding effect.
Highly abrasive resistant.
Does not transfer to moulded part.

Pure silicone compound. Formulated to maximize release effect when used on molds. Its extreme anti-sticking properties make release quick and complete. Reduces sticking of parts in molds. Used to produce a slick finish which resists dirt. Parteze is highly repellent to oil, water, and is heat resistant. Valuable as a water repellent for most porous surfaces, such as concrete, wood, rubber, linoleum, etc. Use on molds, putty knives, trowels, hand saws, and planes, lawnmower blades, plows, boots, etc. Anywhere extreme anti-sticking properties are useful.

All ACMOS Release Agents are building a film on the mould surface. These films are water-soluble.
We recommend to prime the moulds with ACMOSAN P 82-4 before starting work with the film forming Release Agents. ACMOSAN P 82-4 should be served up equable and accurate with a tag onto the moulds. Afterwards it can be polished. ACMOSAN P 82-4 gains the wetting power of the mould surfaces. If there are remainders of silicones, fats or oils which could irritate the equal wetting power of the film forming Release Agents, they will be neutralized by ACMOSAN P 82-4.

for moulds and tools
helps to prevent flaws on orifices and neck joints. It does not contain any heavy metal compounds such as molybdenum disulphide.
ACMOS 40-26
Mould release paste based on graphite and mineral oil for blank moulds with excellent flow and wetting properties on the hot mould. The release paste is suitable for I.S. machines.
ACMOS 48-405
Mould release paste for finished moulds with excellent flow and wetting properties on the hot mould. Clean combustion and low fouling are ensured.
