The ASM series (Advanced Signal Multi-scanner) offer a great time-saving automatic solution to calibrate multiple temperature sensors at the same time. The ASM series is an eight channel scanner controlled by JOFRACAL software on a PC. Up to 3 ASM units can be stacked to calibrate up to 24 sensors at the same time. It can handle signals from 2-, 3- and 4 wire RTD’s, TC’s, transmitters, thermisters, temperature switches and voltage.

The Opti-Cal is a stand-alone benchtop calibrator for RH sensors providing humidity and temperature profiling. The system comprises a humidity and temperature controlled chamber that can house up to five humidity sensors at a time. The Opti-Cal has an in-built, traceable cooled mirror reference hygrometer to closely control and continuously monitor the dew point temperature within the chamber. The temperature is monitored with a Pt100 probe for highest accuracies. The OptiCal automatically converts the measurements for RH accuracies.
Opti-Cal can provide local calibration of RH sensors, without relying on having to send them away to a traceable laboratory or contract on-site calibration services. Opti-Cal will provide calibrations that are directly traceable to International Standards over a wide relative humidity range and at any set temperature from 10°C to 50°C. The Opti-Cal works by time proportioning the flows of dry and saturated air according to the pre-selected relative humidity value.
The saturator assembly can be easily filled with distilled water in the reservoir at the front of the unit and the desiccator can easily be re-charged by heating when required.
