Designed for general air filtration applications with light to medium dust loading conditions, HeavyDuty 1 disposable panel filters are engineered for sturdy, economical performance and ease of use. The expanded metal support and skin provide excellent, corrosion-resistant support for the fiberglass. The heavier construction of the fiberglass allows a better adhesive bond with the expanded metal grid for superior strength and durability. Compression resistant glass fibers decrease media pad deterioration, extending the life of the filter. Available in a wide range of sizes, HeavyDuty panel filters are used in all types of HVAC systems to protect the coils from dirt. They are also used as prefilters to extend the life of higher efficiency filters.

Our exclusive media is bonded to a welded wire grid and then formed into a radial pleat, allowing full use of the media. This configuration allows the 30/30 filter to hold more dirt and last longer. The 30/30 frame is made of water-resistant beverage board instead of recycled cardboard, so the 30/30 will stand up to the worst conditions an HVAC system will present. No filter distortion or blowouts.

Mikropor Miko-Mat Disposable Panel Filters
The Mikro-Mat fiber glass mat media is formed in a graded density pattern, growing progressively from the the air intake side to the downstream side, allowing dirt to build-up by particle size, to ensure maximum filter life. The media design eliminates face loading.
Mikro-Mat Construction: The enclosure frame is made of two die-cut pieces of heavy-duty board bonded together to form a double wall. For both media, the frames can also be constructed from other types of materials including galvanized steel, stainless steet, aluminum, etc.). Custom sizes can be specified.
Mikropor Miko-Pleat Disposable Panel Filters
The Mikro-Pleat filtering media is made of non-woven synthetic fibers manufactured for high dust-holding capacities. It is treated with a fire retardent additive for safety purposes. The filter media is bonded to an expanded metal support grid (in a diamond pattern). The grid has 98% open face area to increase media performance. The pleated design provides uniform pleat configuration for maximum performance.
The Mikro-Pleat filtering media is more efficient in environments where more uniform and finer dust particleds are present.

U.S. Air Filtration panel filters are available in permanent panel filters or disposable panel filters, and are made with media such as fiberglass, synthetic, tackified, and polyester. Panel filters are available with a pinch frame or die cut box frame in 1" or 2" thickness.

RETURN AIRE GRILLE FILTER
Return Air Grille Filters residential replacement filters are designed to fit existing air filter grilles. Return Air Grille Filters are designed with a 5" filter depth that provides 9 times the media area of a comparible 1" filter, which greatly reduces pressure drop while increasing service life. Return Air Grille Filters utilize a unique knife edge seal header to prevent bypass, and can last 6 months to a year in most home installations. Return Air Grille Filters are offered in MERV 8, 11 and fume control ratings.

The Meech Model 958 Sheet Separator system has been designed to allow efficient operation of automatic sheet feeders by eliminating static charges and separating the sheets with a controlled blade of ionised air. The Model 958 system comprises one or more full flow Meech ionising air curtains on adjustable brackets, which are mounted on the cross rod of the feeder. The Model 957 air curtains incorporate Model 915 static elimination bars, which are driven by a Model 904 power supply (refer also to Models 904, 915 and 957 data sheets). The air supply should be equipped with a pressure regulator and 5 micron filter.
