A series of axial extraction turrets with horizontal air flow, particularly suitable to extract stale air from sheds, warehouses, large civil or industrial buildings and any place where large air flows at relatively low pressures are needed. The wide range available, with a capacity up to 34,000 m3/h, offers the possibility to choose the most appropriate model according to the problem. It is available in both single phase and three-phase versions (with one or two speeds). It can work in continuous service, and transfer fluids having a temperature up to 40°C .Upon request it can be supplied with an EEXD motor (explosion proof) provided with C.E.S.I certification.
It must be remembered that with the installation of a gravity shutter, the capacity is reduced by approximately 10% .

The SERIE AC roof centrifugal fans are especially suited to applications where it is necessary to suck fumes at temperatures up to 200°C. They also can be used to interchange the air in the rooms when the chimney is over. They are produced in painted steel. The motor is UNEL-MEC class H insulation, with heat separator; it is available single and three phase with speed regulator.

WDD roof ventilators belong to the industrial ventilator group, and due to its specific construction, it is classified as centrifugal fans with vertical air exhaust.
WDD ventilators may be installed on roofs where because of space shortage the exhaust is near the fan. Vertical dumping of the air minimises the risk of intaking used air back into the rooms.
The construction of the ventilator is made of galvanized steel sheets, and the body and the element protecting the electric motor from rain and snow is made of aluminium sheets.
The flow capacity ranges from 1 700 to 16 000 m³/h.

Tornado II roof ventilators are intended for use in ventilating areas of large cubic capacity like warehouses, halls, etc. A large performance scope ranging from 1000 to 12 100 m3/h makes it easy to select a ventilator to suit any client.
The ventilator body is made of a polyester and glass composite. The body is coated with gel-coat layer, which increases its durability and make resistant to mechanical and chemical factors. It also protects the product from moisture and the negative effect of sunlight.
Owing to the high quality of materials used for manufacturing the body, the element in fact does not require painting, and the period of operation does not affect the intensity and durability of the pigment used.
The standard colour of the ventilator is navy blue (RAL 5011), however, it is possible to paint it according to the customer's requirements within the RAL palette.

Application
The roof fans of new generation are designed for the general ventilation of buildings. They are meant for forwarding the dry
air of maximum temperature +60°C, of dustiness not exceeding 0,3 g/m³, without viscous, aggressive pollutants or impurities
that could create explosion risk. The SMART family of fans is a series of seven sizes of motor rates from 0,37 kW up to 7,5 kW
and maximum volume fl ow 27.500 m³/h.
Structure
The SMART fans as unique among the examples on the market are featured by original construction of bent steel profi les giv-
ing the skeleton of aerodynamic and at the same very robust properties. Inside is a motor with a radial impeller of aluminium
and steel sheets. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. The circumferential surface around the lower skeleton is
formed of a steel wire spiral or an expanded wire mesh, giving an openwork structure through which the air is discharged. The
free spaces of the operwork surface meet the requirements of suitable normatives. Therefore an accident access to the rotat-
ing impeller is practically impossible. The upper part of the fan is shielded by a hood made of a polyester-glass composite of
high mechanic resistance and extraordinary aesthetic features. The fan has to be mounted on a roof base. It is recommended
to apply a sound absorbing roof base type TPD-N or TPDC-N of adequate size adapted to the fan.

The DHS models have impellers with backward curved
blades and external rotor motors. All motors are speed controllable
over the voltage. Frequency inverters must have an allpole sine filter.
To protect the motors from overheating the DHS
up to size 311 have integral thermal contacts, from size 355
with external leads for connection to a motor protection device.
The casing is made from aluminum and the base frame is made
of galvanised steel, powder-coated. Suitable for coastal applications.
The impellers up to size 355 are manufactured from polyamide
PA6 25GV, from size 400 in Aluminium.

The EXTRACTAIR ® H is an axial extraction fan based on the industrial idea of the NYLAIR. It is equipped with a polyester outlet, a rain cover and an outlet protection grill.
On request, it can be equipped with special motors.
The EXTRACTAIR ® H can be installed to introduce air.

Roof filter fans and roof exit filters find use in enclosures, from which warm air has to be diverted due to increased heat development.
The ready-to-connect, low-noise roof filter fan, which houses four axial fans, is used to expel warm air from within the enclosure which has been generated by the stray power of the components.
The roof exit filter provides passive ventilation.
