Product Description:
Endura 12 is manufactured from 100% HMPE fiber. The result is a rope that is extremely high strength, very lightweight, and very low stretch. The 12-strand single braid construction is supple, non-rotational, and easily spliced. Endura 12 is ideally suited for wire replacement and where weight is a primary design consideration.
Applications:
Replacement for steel cable
Winch lines
Helicopter lifting lines
Underground pulling lines
Slings
Tug boat tow lines

Type 11 Slings
FLEMISHED EYE AND MECHANICALLY SWAGED
SLINGS WITH SINGLE-ROPE LEGS AND OPEN AND/OR CLOSED SWAGED SOCKETS
Type 21 Slings
FLEMISHED EYE AND MECHANICALLY SWAGED
Type 21 slings are 2-leg All-Purpose bridles, designed for general lifting purposes where attachment may
be made directly to the load, such as hooking into lifting eyes or placing loops over lugs. Capacites listed have a 5:1 design factor.
Type 31 Slings
FLEMISHED EYE AND MECHANICALLY SWAGED
Type 31 slings are 3-leg All-Purpose bridles, generally recommended for handling unbalanced loads. Capacities listed have a 5:1 design factor.
Type 41 Slings
FLEMISHED EYE & MECHANICALLY SWAGED
Type 41 slings are 4-leg All-Purpose bridles, used both for balanced and unbalanced loads and for heavier loads where design calls for more distribution of weight by the use of attachment at four points. Capacities listed have a 5:1 design factor.
Type 12 Slings
CABLE-LAID: GALVANIZED
Southwest Wire Rope Cable-Laid slings are specialized slings, designed specifically for applications that require extreme flexibility and resistance to kinking. Type 12 is a single-leg construction for use singularly or in pairs. Where cutting abrasion or extreme conditions are factors, however, the All-Purpose Type 11 sling is recommended.
Braided Slings
Type 19
Cross Section
Through Body
Helically laid with one continuous wire rope running through both eyes and the body

JETnet® is based on a flexible network architecture with OFC-cables and is applied for long distances as well as for local applications. This solution offers especially for the "last mile" largest possible flexibility for extending transfer capacities with customers and for optimised investments.
That system is developed as a unit construction system using many known components and is completed with construction elements and technologies adjusted to special application purposes. It is based on an individually applicable tubing system embedded in standard HDPE protection tubes. With the tubing system OFC cables adjusted to customer requirements can be blown in without splicing. Extension on customer request can be realised quickly, without engineering operations and at low cost.
In many countries worl-wide the JETnet® priciple has proven its functionality and cost advantages. Projects have been realised in Germany, too. Its module construction principle with simple technologies realizes quick reaction on new projects and changed customer requirements. A complete product range of construction elements of cables and tools is available, being excellently qualified for rough field application. As it is compatible with already existing protection tube systems it extends the universal application possibilities and offers the solution necessary for a future orientated connection network.
Besides offering and supply of JETnet® components Draka Comteq offers additional support for planning of microcable routes of FTTH-networks.
