The new SOCO SA-76NC brings you the latest technology in tube cutting systems. Equipped with a 6.5/8.5/12.5 meters BTM ( Bundle Loading Magazine ) and a 2 / 3 / 4.5 meters output gate, the SA-76NC offers unparalleled sawing output for tubes and pipes.
Together with SOCO control system, Pressure sensitive and i2® ( Intelligent Interface ) system, the SA-76NC offers precision and versatility, while allowing for quick setup times between different tube dimensions lengths.

Besides the standard functions of SA-76NC, and the SA-76NC In-line may also be a part of complete Automation Cells for tubing. New center of cutting up and shaping
The new TC750 is ideal as well for the funerary one, decoration as the building. With numerical control, it has five axes and is intended for the operations of traditional cut, shaping, formatted 3D and massive milling. It is equipped with the new software You CAD/T' CAMWOOD 3D.

The TK 123.20 LA is designed for a flying operation in rollforming and tube brazing installations with high rollforming speed or high part output. It is especially suitable for cutting small and thin-walled profiles and tubes with particular cutting quality. It achieves for example a speed of 200 m/min cutting aluminium window spacer bar profiles. Cutting short profiles a part output up to 100 parts per minute and more can be reached. The machine is also suitable for punching of profiles in flying operation. Cutting and punching can be done in combined or single mode.

V-CUT
CNC cutting centre with 3 controlled axes, designed for cutting profiles made of
aluminium, PVC, light alloys in general. V-Cut loads the extruded section and cuts it, then unloads the finished part all in fully automatic mode without need for operator
attendance.
The powerful and versatile software can handle predefined cutting lists, optimizing them to minimize wastage. The cutting head allows cutting at +/- 22°30' and intermediate angles. |
