Series-S high duty screw jacks are a range of metric cubic screw jacks designed to have a higher duty cycle and mounting flexibility over conventional worm gear screw jacks. Typically the duty cycle can be extended by 50%. The higher duty rating has been achieved by improving the design of the jacks worm gearbox. The screw jacks are available in capacities from 25kN to 200kN in both translating and rotating screw configurations.

1.JWM (Trapezoid screw)
JWM (trapezoidal screw) is suitable for low speed and low frequency. Main components: Precision trapezoid screw pair and high precision worm-gears pair.
- Economical: Compact design ,easy operation, convenient maintenance.
- Low speed, low frequency: Be suitable for heavy load, low speed, low service frequency.
- Self-lock: Trapezoid screw has self-lock function, it can hold up load without braking device when screw stops traveling.

Screw jack is one of the most used and cheap mechanism used for a wide variety of uses as lifting or moving any kind of load, even unbalanced ones. It can be used individually or in groups so to operate in perfect synchronisation. BP RIDUTTORI screw jacks are irreversible and don't need additional locking system. They are fully produced in our factory, and they guarantee high quality standard. The case is made of spheroidal cast iron or aluminium and the worm gears is made of special UNI 7816 18NCD5 iron, grounded on both the thread and shaft. It's possible to produce every NON STANDARD version to meet our customer request.
