The ultrasonic sewing machine SEW US/04 has been designed and manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies (CAD, CNC).
This sewing machine, with a modern conception, is suitable for sewing synthetic textiles, in alternative to the traditional sewing with yarn.
The special transport system, with adjustable pressure, enables curvilinear welding.
The arm of the sewing machine is swinging, so adapting the machine to several productive and ergonomic exigencies.
The ultrasonic generator used has 1000 Watt power and a frequency of 36 kHz.
All the welding parameters can be adjusted:
* transport speed
* vibration amplitude
* driving pressure
* welding quote
You can have several welding geometries just changing the transportation and counter-piece wheel. In this way it is possible to obtain simulated seams with variable designs.

Automatic Line Sewing Machine Mod. SM. 100.CA
The sewing machines of the SM CA Range are a reference point for automatic linear industrial sewing of fabrics using the mobile head technology. Unlike traditional technology, this method limits requirements in terms of working space while increasing production speed.
Thanks to the large number of machines manufactured and the experience acquired over the years, the SM CA 08 has reached a degree of reliability enabling it to meet every production requirement.
Versatility is another strong point of the SM CA 08. In fact, it can be used for joining and hemming fabrics, for spline insertion, for sewing reinforcements and for making side pockets of different sizes.
This machine can also be equipped with automatic side rollers.
