The machine frame is constructed in specially treated and hardened aluminium, all parts in contact with the product are in AISI 316L stainless steel.
The reel of packaging material is housed inside the machine, completely enclosed and protected from external contamination; the reel shaft is positioned to permit easy mounting. The machine comprises 3 Brushless servomotors.
Basic operations are controlled by means of the PLC interfaced with a display panel. Visualization of the following operations from the control panel: length of sachet, output speed, temperature of sealing jaws and sealing rollers, bag-counter, machine alarms, etc. Settings that can be made from the control panel include: length of sachet, output speed, number of sachets to form a group, sealing temperatures, timing for various devices such as printer, vibrator, etc. Photocell mark registration for printed film. These sachets, sealed on 3 sides, are a tubular shape, called “sticks”, or a pyramidal shape, called "tetrahedrons". The machine body is made from anodized aluminium and stainless steel. The parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel. The good quality of the materials used and the cantilever sealing areas allow easy cleaning and high versatility for disassembly. The machines are equipped with a PLC and control display to constantly monitor the dispensing parameters and make the transformation process from stick to tetrahedron quick and easy.

The OMAG C3/1, one-lane-version, is the most versatile machine of the C3 product line.
It can be used for all product types and, without changing parts, is able to produce sachets dimensions from minimum 50 x 85 mm up to a maximum of 140 x 220 mm, with doses from 1 to 250 cc.

Multi-lane vertical tubular machine to fill and pack various types of products in single-dose stick-packs.
The intermittent motion unit of OMAG's mod. CS starts from heat-sealable film fed from the reel, cuts it into the number of webs corresponding to the number of lanes and, through small folding shoulders, performs tubes that are first sealed lengthwise by heated bars (Fin-seal) . Then, the bottom cross seal is performed, the product is dosed and dropped into the bag, the top cross seal is performed and the cross cut/separation of the stick-packs are then out fed on a belt conveyor. The cross cut is performed by its specific cutting device, separate from the sealing device.
