muds, pit with greases, basin plug, basin of storm...
In industry, homogenization of various fluids, put in suspension of charged, corrosive or abrasive fluids
ADVANTAGES
In comparison with the standard ISO 21630, agitators TR have a high specific push in comparison with competition
Tight entry of cable, protection against traction
Oblique rolls of the dice guaranteeing one long life of life
Room of sealing preventing all risks of oil escape of the mechanical seal
Option: probe moisture in the room of sealing
Carbide mechanical seals of silicon and radial joints of axis
The pale ones of the propeller are rigidified so as to obtain the best possible hydraulic effectiveness
Various stages of gears allowing a great beach speed for an optimal result

Flygt mixers are used in a wide range of mixing duties such as solids suspension, liquid blending and destratification. Submersible mixers have a compact design, which together with Flygt’s installation methods makes them easy to install both in new and existing tanks. They can be found in operation at wastewater treatment plants, on oil and gas rigs and supply ships, in aqua and agriculture and in the steel and metal industry. Unlike their dry-mounted counterparts, submersible mixers provide unlimited freedom of positioning and orientation. By utilising this freedom, the mixer jet is allowed to develop and create efficient mixing of the entire volume. Flygt’s compact mixers are made of stainless steel and provide a cost-efficient alternative for most mixing applications.

Description
Faggiolati's mixers are projected for optimal mixing, homogenising and agitating operations in civil and industrial waste-water purification plants. The high performance ratings allow a considerable reduction in running costs.
The non-clogging propeller profile, combined with an accurate projection, guarantees optimal running condictions with absolute reliability.
Applications
Thanks to their versatility, Faggiolati's mixers can be used in a wide range of applications. The combination of various construction materials, the stainless steel propellers and bouble silicon carbide mechanical seals allow the use of these mixers in highly corrosive conditions and at high temperatures. Typical applications for these types of mixer are:
- homogenisation of heavy sludge or liquids with solid particles
- Removal of sedymentary deposits.
- to avoid ice formation.

The Duplex is an immersion mixer which consists of two rotor/stator workheads mounted on a single shaft. The upper workhead is inverted so that it draws materials down from the surface of the mix and subjects them to an initial coarse disintegration. The lower workhead then draws this liquid and solid material upwards from the base of the vessel and provides further high shear processing. This system can rapidly reduce solids to a fine particle size, resulting in considerably faster disintegration and solubilisation. The improved product movement produced by the two workheads also makes the Duplex ideal for use on high viscosity materials and for incorporation of powders which tend to float and are difficult to wet out.
The Duplex was originally designed for rapid disintegration and solubilisation of solid rubbers and polymers for the luboil and adhesive industries. However, the considerable advantages offered by the system has led to its introduction into other applications, including in the food, chemical, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries. Duplex machines are available in a range of sizes from laboratory scale units up to the KDD, one of the largest immersion mixers in the Silverson range.
Typical applications include:
Rapid solution of rubbers and polymers into lubricating oils, solvents and bitumen
Disintegration and dissolving of solid resins into varnishes, inks and other coatings
Dispersion and blending of press cakes or filter cakes
Rapid incorporation of pigments and fillers
Recovery of waste sugar confectionery
Preparation of plant extracts
Disintegration of frozen meats, bone slurries, meat pastes/purées
