Dukane's new 40 kHz, 600 watt pistol grip hand probe is an ergonomically-friendly pistol grip made of soft rubber for a comfortable feel. The compact size of this light weight tool, weighing just under .46 Kg (1 lb.,) makes it ideally suited for assemblies that are difficult to reach or too large to be assembled by a professional press system.
The new hand probe utilizes Dukane’s exclusive patented solid mount technology using no 0-rings for minimal deflection. Use of rugged strain reliefs, switches and industrial interconnectors ensures reliable operation. The unit is also compatible with all Dukane psus and comes with an 8 professional foot shielded professional cable. Standard professional wrenches can be used for ease of tool changing. Another feature of Dukane’s new hand probe is a professional hook for professional counter balance mounting or hanging for operator ease of use.

Using ultrasounds for cutting and brazing is a well-known method that has been successfully applied for some time in many different fields, such as the automotive industry, food-processing and the pharmaceutical, textile and other industries.. This type of processing is carried out using sonotrodes as fixed tools.
Instead of using sonotrodes of a predefined shape, with which the welding procedure is discontinuous, as is the case, for example, with high frequency welding, for thermoplastic materials and nonwoven industrial fabrics S.M.R.E now offer the SM.200.SA ULTRASONIC WELDING CENTRE WITH "ROTOSONIC" TECHNOLOGY . It consists of a special rotating SONOTRODE with an oscillating industrial roller which enables continuous welding of the material.
The sonotrode and the upper roll rotate in a synchronised manner, so that the material runs properly between them.
The welding parameters are varied on the basis of the material being processed simply by adjusting the speed, the distance between the sonotrode and the upper contrast wheel and the pressure. This innovative system, patented by S.M.R.E and applied to this very machine, is a new revolutionary concept of ultrasonic welding not available on the market until now.

The MPC unit is designed for assembly systems where one ultrasonic power dispensing is sequenced to several ultrasonic probes. Coupled with a Dukane ultrasonic industrial generator our unique Control and Process monitoring profile is available for each individual probe.
