Fujitsu PLL series are designed to be used as frequency synthesisers for local oscillator generation in modern radio systems. Our portfolio covers the wide frequency bands from 100MHz up to 6 GHz. Based on Fujitsu's state of the art BiCMOS RF processes, many communications standards are supported - from GSM, DECT, DCS1800, through Home RF 2.0, Bluetooth, to WLAN, PDF IEEE 802.11b, PDF IEEE 802.11a, PDF HyperLAN/2 at 5.2GHz. The complete PLL range offers components optimised for each application to provide the best-fit performance.
The Fujitsu PLL series features modern RF packaging technology, ranging from the more traditional SSOP to the specialised Bump Chip Carrier (BCC) -16 which provides space savings of up to 50% of area taken up by the traditional SSOP devices coupled with enhanced RF performance.
BCC-18 package offers, with only 30% mounting area of the BCC-16, the smallest PLL package on the market.
