Trenching equipment - Walk-behind and pedestrian trenchers
Our walk-along and walk-behind trenchers are built to stand up to rugged use, while retaining maneuverability, easy operation, and low maintenance. With flexible power options, responsive controls, and cutting-edge designs, Vermeer trenchers match your work site needs.
Vermeer walk-behind trencher parts and accessories
Like everything we manufacture, our trenching equipment parts and accessories are precision engineered and manufactured to exacting tolerances to provide longer-lasting service in the field. Additionally, Vermeer personnel are readily available to meet your service needs.
Superior design and functionality
At Vermeer, all of our trenchers are built to provide you with the strength and flexibility you need, along with ease of operation. Control knobs are color-coded for instant recognition, and the on/off switch is conveniently placed for start-up.
One of our priorities in designing our equipment is to ensure operator safety. For this reason, all of our trenchers feature a heavy-duty operator presence system - insulated handles provide a measure of protection against electric shock, and also act as an automatic shut-off to the digging chain and ground drive. Simply release the handles, and your trencher stops.
