BOILERS WITH SERPENTINE HEAT EXCHANGERS
Boilers get heating energy from solar collector or central heating system and produce potable hot water. Fluid in the serpentines provides heat transfer water to water via transferring its heat energy to water in inner tank. Thus potable hot water will be produced.
Cylinder type hot water tank and serpentines in the tanks is coated with immersing to hot galvanize. Thus anode rod is not needed and you save your time and cost for changing anode rod. Due to special coating material heat transfer is faster and heating efficient is high.
You can observe water temperature with thermometer. You can set desired temperature with adjustable thermostats mounted to sensor holes. When water temperature has achieved desired temperature, thermostat will send a signal then circulation and recirculation pumps will be out off service. Thus it will prevent waste operation.
DCSB and DTSB series boilers are available for additional heating elements. Thus, especially in summer periods you can provide hot water with electrical supply without using central heating system. If you use DCSB-X and DTSB_X Series model with electrical command panel ask for temperature pressure valve which provides discharging excess water/steam pressure and temperature. |

DSSY Industrial Type Electrical Water Heaters with Adjustable Thermostat
Diko DSSY Series Electrical Water Heaters provide potable hot water in short period, reliable, and designed for industrial application in standard power rates. DSSY series are with maximum capacity of 500 L, floor standing type, and has double excessive heat protection with its adjustable thermostat and safety thermostat. Safety valve prevents back flow of hot water. In addition, pressure valve is provided to discharge excess water/steam pressure, it prevents water heater from excess pressure. Temperature&Pressure valve (imported U.S.A) is a security device, provides to protect excess temperature and pressure and it is designed to control two factors.
DSSY series electrical water heaters have indicator, thermometer and adjustable thermostat.
* Water temperature will rise when you supply power from heating elements service cover.
* It will stop heating operation automatically when water temperature has achieved pre-adjusted temperature, and indicator will be off.

DSSY-X Industrial Type Electrical Water Heaters with Electrical Control Panel
DSSY-X series is commercial type electrical water heater with control panel which is developed for users special requirements, it is designed proper power for needs. X series which is designed to provide hot water in required time, and its optional DIKO.AG-05 Control Panel provides fault controls and measuring. Thus X series aims to make customers pleasure highest.
DSSY-X series can achieve a capacity of 2000 liters, floor standing, it has double protection against to excess temperature with its operation thermostat and safety thermostat. Provided check valve prevents to back flow of hot water. The third protection device is Temperature and Pressure valve. It is designed to discharge excess water/steam pressure; by the way it controls two parameters at same time.
DSSY-X series electrical water heaters is a water heater with thermostat which has control panel and thermometer and it is able to set water temperature in 30-75 C range.

* Efficient: Serves you plenty of hot water with out using extra energy. Marine products uses wasted engine coolants as an energy sources by circulating hot water, steam or oil through the thermal circuit serpentine exchangers immersed in the inner tank. Besides, the inner tank is isolated with polyurethane material to minimize the heat looses and maximize the efficiency.
* Durable: Inner tank, outer jacket and the electric control panel is electrostatic epoxy powder coated galvanize steel or ASTM 304L stainless steel. Additionally thermal circuit serpentines are manufactured from hot rolled ASTM A106 seamless steel tubes which are resistant to high pressure and temperature.
* Safe: All outer parts are IP 65 enclosure water, dust resistant and. Besides, for a better safety the door of the electric control panels are also covered with tight polyurethane joints and clamped. Considering safety of the device, low water cut out alarm and signaling system to disengage electrically the heating elements, high limit safety thermostat to power down the device in the event of overheating and ASME T&P relief valve to guard the potential risk. DTSYB Boilers With Thermal Heat Exchangers
DTSYB and DTSYB-X Series is a single serpentine boiler that prepares hot water by the circulation of Thermal Red Hot Oil or Steam through its serpentine. The serpentine material in this Series is selected accordingly to the fluid, since the fluid to be circulated is oil based or steam. In X series it has an electrical command panel too. It produces hot water by the circulation of Thermal Red Hot Oil/ Steam or by the use of electric energy.

Stainless steel plate & frame heat exchanger operate on low plant water flow and allow for cleaning of all heat transfer surfaces for high efficiency and long life.
Stainless steel tank with easy access for inspection. Tank is constructed of heavy gauge material to resist abuse and corrosion. Also has three 1.5 FPT return ports.
Bronze or stainless steel pump with mechanical seals and a stainless steel shaft to insure long term reliability.
Electric motor is totally enclosed, fan-cooled, NEMA design B ball-bearing type for safe and long lasting operation.
Modulating temperature control valve utilizes plant water to cool system water only when system water exceeds a pre-set temperature 95° F (water temperature warmer than ambient eliminates the possibility of condensate forming inside electrical enclosures).
Dial thermometer on tank shows water temperature for quick trouble shooting.
Self-contained disconnect/motor starter/push button control allows the WRS to interconnect easily with the induction system without special controls being added.
Screw-in filler cap keeps dirt and debris out of system water.
Suction shut-off valve for easy pump replacement.
